Alicia Keys has rescheduled her World Tour to 2021

American Vocalist, Alicia Keys has rescheduled her 2020 “Alicia world tour” to 2021 due to the novel coronavirus outbreak.

The concert which its first phase was to take place at Cadence Bank Amphitheatre in Chastain Park was initially scheduled for July 30.

According to her, the decision was hurtful but had to prioritise the health of her fans.

In a post on her Twitter handle today, the Rhythm and Blues (R&B) singer stated that ticket would be honoured to those who had already patronise the event.

“My world tour will be rescheduled to 2021. Your ticket will be honoured for the new date,” she said.

Alicia Keys, however appealed to those who the new date was not convenient to them to request for refund of their money.

“If u can’t make it you will be able to request a refund. For more information visit https://t.co/l8YsclsOkQ Sending you so much love & light,” she added.

The celebrated vocal performer promised a great concert and urged fans to patiently wait for her to rock them.

“Can’t wait to rock with you soon! Missing you!” she said.

In an earlier tweet to announce the postponement of the tour, Alicia Keys told fans that dates were held as long as possible as they await for possible cure for the virus.

Before the outbreak, she nixed a book tour appearance at Atlanta Symphony Hall to usher the World Tour during the spring.
