Brothers- Ang Probinsyano Episode 618 Padua tortures Teddy, Cardo regains consciousness to discover the death of his wife
Ramirez called Hipolito to inform him that Diana needed to be k!lled as she has already eliminated his best of man, Dela Cruz. Hipolito said Diana had been a pain in the neck but he would be the one to take pleasure of k!lling her and as a soldier, he should know that there would be casualties.
Ramirez descended so heavily on Olegario. Diana kicked him and he slapped her for proving to be tough. Hipolito told Jacob that their group would have been unbeatable if Diana had joined them. Jacob said then he should have tried harder.
Hipolito said their indifferences could not be mended since he k?lled the only son of Diana. He also tried k!lling her and she also tried eliminating her but this time around, he would k!ll her for her to join her son and husband.
Jerome was affected by the action of Virgie. The guys thought of what Virgie said and suspected Alyana dated Lito. Basco told them not to read meanings to Virgie’s statements as she said that Alyana would have been safe if she had married Lito.
Thinking about Bubbles, Jerome wondered where Bubbles was since they returned, he had not set eyes on her. As she was taking care of Cardo as a means to make up for everything, Clarice recalled seeing a letter written by Bubbles and she assumed it was for Jerome.
She left to give the letter to Jerome. Jerome read it and realised Bubbles had left out of guilt. He wondered why Bubbles would leave amid all that was happening. They decided to inform Cardo when he resumed consciousness. Hipolito decided to go and see Diana but an unfortunate incident happened along the way.
First they had a flat tire and before they finished fixing the tire, a black van pulled over full of cops and he and Jacob had to shōõt them to escape. They postponed their trip to meet Diana since Hipolito believed the CCTV footage in the area had captured them so going to see Diana would be at their own peril.
Jacob proposed that they had to talk to Lily to get them off the hook. Lily told Padua about the enmity between Hipolito and Diana. Since they were told by Renato that he and Jacob were already on their way to the warehouse where Olegario and Arevalo were kept, Lily and Arturo left the palace to meet them.
Unbeknowst, James was keeping eyes on their every movement to inform Salonga. Salonga tailed Lily and Padua to the warehouse and he called James to inform him about the warehouse where Lily and Padua were. He said he was now going to find out if Diana and Teddy were kept there.
Hipolito and Jacob arrived home. Hipolito was upset by the act of the cops and believed it was time that he had to put pressure on Lily to get him off the hook so that he could move freely to pursue whatever he wanted to do and if Lily failed, he would ensure he dealt with her.
Lily could not find Renato at the place and the goons also said Renato had not arrived yet. Padua could not wait for Renato so he decided to carry on with the task while Lily called Hipolito to discover that he had a bloody encounter with the police.
He told Lily that he could not be there at the moment and proposed that they meet at his place so that they talk about how Lily could use her power to set her free but Lily swerved him since she did not want to address that issue for now. Hipolito told Jacob how Lily was not ready to touch the subject.
Diana hearing the footsteps approaching alerted Teddy that the time had come for them to be tortured and reminded him not to talk. She said they should pass through it till she figured out means for them to escape. Teddy told Diana that if she got a chance, she could flee without him but Diana refused.
The comrades of Cardo wondered what would happen to Cardo and how he would take the news of losing his wife. Jerome said it was the most painful thing any man could face in life. Delfin said he was the only one who could be blamed for that for recruiting Cardo from Botolan.
Delfin blamed himself for Cardo’s unconsciousness and situation. He recalled going for him from Botolan and said he was responsible for Cardo’s misfortune. He believed that if he had not gone for him, Cardo’s life would be better in Botolan. He might have had a family but now his son was deàd and so was his wife. He sobbed bitterly.
The comrades of Cardo consoled him. Cardo miraculously woke up to ask for his wife and Delfin tearfully told him the truth that Alyana was dead. Cardo went berserk as he couldn’t bear the pains of losing his wife. Padua made his goons hold Teddy up and he slapped him, asking him where his daughter Clarice was.
He told Teddy that Alyana even came to confront his daughter when they were neighbours. Knowing how much pain they could inflict on Teddy, Diana decided to intervene. She screamed that they would not get anything from them. Padua realised she was the tough one and told her that she was lucky because someone else wanted to deal with her.
Virgie was sitting outside with Ramil and others and wished not to see Cardo’s face. She did not know what she would do to him. Speaking of him, Cardo was given a crutch and his one hand was bandaged as he limped out to see his wife. Virgie set her eyes on him and tried to maintain her cool.
Elsewhere in the palace, Elizabeth and Ambo came across James and asked him about Salonga since they had not set eyes on him the entire day. James explained that Salonga was tailing Lily and Padua. Cardo headed to where Alyana was laid in state to mourn his loss.
