DopeNation parts ways with Lynx Entertainment

Music Duo, DopeNation has allegedly part ways with Lynx Entertainment over what they termed as “dissatisfactory of work” with the label.

According to them, they were excelling as a group even without the help of their label manager, Richie Mensah.

Revealing the seperation news to the media, a member of the duo camp who pleaded anonymity explained that the group parted ways with the popular record label after their one year contract ended.

The person said the duo decided not to re-sign after the expiration of the contract due to dissatisfactory of work by the label.

“DopeNation feels they are not getting any serious benefit from the label, and they feel they were doing well on their own as compared to when they joined Lynxx Entertainment,” he added.

The duo are twins, made up of B2, born Micheal Boafo and Twist, born Tony Boafo, they hail from Takoradi in the Western Region and signed to the power brand label to reach masses with their music.

As a duo, they have released hit songs including ‘Zanku’, Eish, among others and have been awarded for their great songs as a group.
