Gangs of Manila Episode 62 Tanggol is thrown in prison, Marcing survives his surgery, Mokang and Albert to marry
At the hospital, Mokang and Nita joined Marites and her family at Tanggol’s ward. The family was wondering what would happen to Tanggol.
Mokang apologised and blamed herself for everything that had happened to Tanggol.
She said Tanggol stole the money in an attempt to support her, though she told him many times not to do that. Marites said she should have tried harder because now her son’s future was at stake.
Nita felt that she was blaming her daughter and they exchanged words. Nita sent her daughter away.
Tindeng told Tes how Mokang meant a lot to Tanggol so she shouldn’t be upset because Tanggol would do anything for Mokang.
Tes made it clear that she was not upset with Mokang but she was concerned about the safety and future of Tanggol which was now jeopardized.
She thought about Den and called her to meet her because her son was arrested but he was currently at the hospital. Olga agreed to help her.
Soon, General Pacheco arrived and was being bothered by media reporters. He was impressed by Rigor’s selfless act and promised him a promotion.
Rigor claimed he did not do it for promotion but he was a principled man. General Pacheco made the family aware that Tanggol would be sent to prison.
Marites was not happy about her husband’s action towards her son. Pacheco left to have an interview with the media and Rigor followed him.
He bumped into Santino at the hospital. Santino called him but he didn’t mind him. Santino went in and his mother said he brother was fine.
Tanggol began to move and the family was happy. He woke up and cried that he just wanted to help Mokang. Tes told him not to worry because Mokang had told them everything.
Tanggol believed it was time for him to pay for all the wrongs he committed and whether he would remain in prison for life, his family shouldn’t worry.
Rigor returned and saw him awake. He told him that he would be sent to prison right away. Tanggol apologised to his father for not being a good son to him.
In the precinct, the family of Tanggol’s lackeys came to visit them. They all blamed Tanggol for being a menace to their kids and reminded their sons of how they advised them to pull themselves away from Tanggol.
However, the lackeys told their respective parents that Tanggol was not to be blamed, they made that decision to help him. Oweng’s father feared for the safety of his son but Oweng assured his friends would protect him.
The doctor came to Marcing’s ward to announce that the operation was successful. Marcing would have to stay at the hospital for a while for them to check his progress.
With time, Marcing would regain his balance and would be able to walk again.
Mokang received a call from Ramon and she said her father was fine.
Ramon reminded her of their marriage. She did not seem happy but she agreed and thanked him for helping her father and his family.
Olga spoke to her father concerning Ramon’s marriage. She asked if Ramon knew the woman he was about to marry well because she hated a situation whereby the woman would rat them out to the police, should she find the business the family was engrossed in.
Don Julio was upset with Olga for the persistent annoying questions. He asked her if he meddled when she found Greg’s father and fell in løvé with him.
He said Greg’s father was even about to rat them out and told her to allow her brother to be happy.
Olga told the family that she was going to bring Ramon’s son. Ramon said at his wedding reception, he would make his son meet his wife.
Olga suggested that he should make his son bond with his wife before the wedding day but Ramon rejected the idea. He said Monique had no time. She was with her sick father who was recovering from surgery.
Olga accepted his decision and while she was leaving, she looked so furious. Mokang and her family were in the ward of Marcing. Someone brought a package, saying it was from Mr Frais to the patient.
Edwin wondered who Frais was. Mokang excused herself to meet Albert. Albert told her that it was a day she would be known as Miss because the following day would be their marriage.
He was sent to the ward to meet his in-laws. Mokang introduced him to the family. Nita was grateful to him for taking care of the bills of Mr Marcing.
Albert said it was nothing because they would become a family. Nita was wondering what he was talking about and walked out. Monique excused herself to step out to talk to her mother to explain things to her.
Nita thought it was just One Night to raise the money for the operation. Monique said she was desperate so when the man proposed a lifetime relationship, she also accepted.
Nita was heartbroken because Monique was not in løvé with Frais. Though the family relied on Monique to take them out of poverty, they wanted her to get everything from her own sweat since she was smart.
Nita believed the marriage would not help her accomplish what she intended to accomplish. Mokang consoled her mother and told her not to worry because it was her own decision.
Nita told her not to inform Marcing at the moment. She was still worried since Mokang did not know Albert well and how he got his money.
Edwin asked the kind of work Frais was doing. He said he was into Aviation and Construction businesses and his family were not poor. Edwin looked cheerful.
Tanggol was sent to the Precinct. Pacheco told Suarez how he was impressed by Rigor. Suarez confirmed that Rigor was a great cop that was the reason he wanted Pacheco to sign his promotion.
Rigor made his stance clear that he was just an officer of the law and was delivering his job. He respects and honors the law to even allow his family to slip the law so any person who would be found culpable would be arrested and walked out.
Suarez laughed knowing Rigor was referring to him and Pacheco. Tanggol was taking his pictures with his offences when Rigor came to inform him that this time around, nothing would save him.
He was facing multiple charges including Roda’s charges. Mendo saw Rigor and what he was doing to his son and got upset.
Tanggol was sent to the cell of his friends. His friends were so happy to find out that he was alive.
