I want something $exy but with class— Alexa Ilacad to producers

Breakout Filipina singer-actress, Alexa Ilacad has expressed willingness to go $exy for a movie role or a magazine cover as long as she looks classy to empower women to be comfortable with their skin.

According to her, the move will maintain her desire to inspire women across countries and to also empower them in knowing the need to look $exy without going nude.

The 22 years old revealed this during an interview on Star Magic Inside News recently in Philippines when she answered a question whether she was willing to go bare skin in a project.

“It’s something that has crossed my mind,” she said. “For me, challenge to have a sexy cover girl shoot. But I’m looking forward to it as along as it’s done in good taste,” she said.

Alexa Ilacad explained that she wanted her $exy looks to be like British pop star Dua Lipa who she had always seen as an inspiration for her the type sexy image she hoped to emulate.

“She has this very empowered, strong-woman vibe which I l*ve so much,” she said.

“I don’t want it to be too much or too revealing. I just want people to see this empowered woman who is confident in herself, and that doesn’t necessarily mean you have to undress and show everything. I want it sexy but with class, elegance,” she explained.

The talented actress has in the past shared photos of her flaunting her fit figure on social media.

During her “Pinoy Big Brother” stint, a conversation with reality show’s resident psychologist-psychiatrist revealed the actress had struggling with body dysmorphia and depression.

The key episode, where a tearful Alexa Ilacad also told her mother about her condition, was lauded for shedding light on mental health and prompting conversation about it.
