I am not in to music because Kumawood Movie is sinking -Emelia Brobbey clears the air

It became like a Showbiz battle as many of the Kumawood actresses and actors began to show interest in other television programmes, including cooking shows and talk shows.

As many thought the movie personalities would be limited to the television programmes, they gradually meandered their way into the music industry.

Actors like Kwaku Manu, Lil Wyn, Agya Koo among others channeled their energies into music, the act is believed to have paved way for most of those actors and actresses to compete in the area of music.

Others believe that the movie personalities were shifting careers based on the low patronage of their movies.

The latest person to have joined the trail is Emelia Brobbey.

In an interview with Spotonnews.net, the sensational actress stated that she has passion for music ever since she was a child and not doing it because her fellow were doing it.

She said emphatically that she was multi talented and stressed the need to venture into other careers that she could handle.

Emelia Brobbey explained that the country’s movie industry was not dying out and there were lots of things in line by authorities to enhance the industry.

she indicated that she was waiting for appropriate time to showcase her musical talent to the world, saying “now that the time has presented its self for me to exhibit my musical talent to Ghanaians.”

Answering whether she was trying to get attention, the talented actress said she had the attention already and  did not need music to bring her into the spot light.

“Those who know me know that I am a good singer, I even sing in movies and I have sung along with Brother Sammy. I am just following my passion not to grab attention,” she stressed.

Emelia Brobbey expressed an intention of featuring Daddy Lumba once she gets access to him and urged fans to keep supporting her brand as an entertainer.
