Movie Producers should desist from projecting Foreign tracks in local movies-DJ Maxta Prime

The fast trending, Club Disc Jockey (DJ) Dj Maxta Prime has cautioned movie producers to complement DJ’s effort in promoting Ghanaian music.

According to him, the industry is saturated with  movies that projected foreign tracks and called on movie producers and directors as a matter of urgency address the issue.

Bright Kofi Nti as known in the industry as DJ Maxta Prime, speaking exclusively to spotonnews.net indicated that the act has diminished the country’s art and has dwindled economic development.

“It is quite disheartening to watch our own movies and hear Nigerian tracks playing at the background while we have better music in the country that needs to be projected,” he stated.

DJ Maxta Prime said that the Nation would develop in a better direction if the people join hands to support each other’s art.

He posited that DJs were not only the industrial player who could project musicians, adding that movie producers and directors also have  key role to play.

In projecting made in Ghana products to the world, he called for inclusive support from writers, musicians, painters and movie producers among others to help promote the country’s art on the world map.
