RE: RESOLUTION IN RESPECT OF DESTOOLMENT OF NENE KORLEY IV OF TEKPEBIAWE CLAN.

At an emergency meeting held on Friday 12th March 2021 by Principals and Elders of Tekperbiawe Division at Naky Hotel, discussed the above subject.

Having discussed the content of the said resolution thoroughly, the following resolutions were reached.

That NENE KORLEY IV was nominated, elected and duly enstooled as the Lawful Divisional Chief (Wetsoyi) of Tekpebiawe Division, Ada.

That NENE KORLEY IV was presented to the entire Tekperbiawe Division, the Ada Traditional Council, the whole of Ada nation and was unanimously endorsed by the Clan, accepted by the Ada Traditional Council and subsequently gazetted by the National House of Chiefs on 3rd September, 2010.

That the Tekperbiawe Division have carefully studied the signatories / thumbprints of NENE KORLEY IV enstoolment resolution numbering thirty-nine (39) and the division have equally done same for those who unlawfully signed for his false destoolment were only six (6) which some were not lawful Principals and Elders for our Divisional resolution.

That contrary to allegations of wrong doing on the part of NENE KORLEY IV, we strongly believe it was a ploy conceived in bad faith to discredit him in order to enhance a hidden agenda of Nomo Tetteh Abledu Ayornu and his cohorts.

The Tekpebiawe Division wish to state in no uncertain terms that Nomo Tetteh Abledu Ayornu and his cohorts have no moral or legal capacity to destool NENE KORLEY IV and as such he still remains as the lawful Tekpebiawe Divisional Chief (Wetsoyi) of great Ada.

Furthermore, any attempt by a small fragment of the clan (Nomo Tetteh Abledu Ayornu and his associates) to present any person to your outfit for consideration as the Divisional Chief should be disregarded and thrown out.
