Brothers- Ang Probinsyano Episode 627 Cardo to trade Clarice for Teddy and Diana, Lily plans to intercept the mission to even k!ll Clarice
Lily arrived and Arturo asked why she had disguised herself so that her enemies would not follow her. Arturo sent her inside for her to see their hostages. She asked Diana how she was feeling while being there.
Diana disappointed her by saying that wherever they would confine them, Cardo would identify their location. Lily attacked her. She went to inform Arturo to double his goons as they shouldn’t be complacent since the former Taskforce almost succeeded in rescuing their hostages.

Arturo had already called for the reinforcement team. Surprisingly, he received a call and was alarmed to know that it was Clarice. Clarice confirmed it was her and Cardo snatched the phone from her to propose to Arturo to return Teddy and Diana for him to also return Clarice.
Arturo was compelled to accept the proposal but under the condition that he would determine the time and day he would meet with him. He told Cardo to wait for his call. Cardo warned him not to double cross him, otherwise he might not see his daughter again.
When Cardo ended the call, Arturo informed Lily about Cardo’s proposal. Lily urged Arturo to prepare for the next day so that he could get his daughter. She encouraged him to tell Cardo to meet them at their location so they could put proper measures in line before hand.
“My goal of becoming the president is more important to me than your daughter’s life Arturo. I apologise in advance, if she proves to be a hindrance in my plans so don’t expect me to care if Clarice, suddenly, gets caught in the crossfire tomorrow,” Lily hissed in her head.
Elsewhere, Ellen after her intimate moment with Mariano was happy that Hipolito facilitated the whole process for them to enjoy without anyone interfering, not even her husband. She wanted to go and prepare food for her husband before he returned.
She revealed that Padua had been given her the cold shoulder and she sometimes suspected that he had caught wind of her affair with him. Renato was also scheming up on how he would use Mariano against Lily to an extent that when Cardo got back at Lily, she would be defeated as he would not be available to help her.

Padua went to inform the hostages that their prayers were heard because he would receive his daughter by tomorrow. Teddy asked what he meant by that. Diana was anxious to know if he heard from Cardo. He failed to inform them.
Lily called Augustus to inform him that she would not return home. She had something important to do at where she was. Cardo thought of a plan since they did not have a high caliber of guns. They made their own bullets from plants and trees. Clarice was feeling sad after recalling the events that led her to be with Cardo.
She was sad that the moment she was warming up to Cardo and his comrades, that was the time they were returning her. She did not want anything bad to happen to anyone. She wished there was a way for her to remain with the group as what she had been waiting for had finally happened.
Cardo was now free and the deàth of Alyana had been a heavy blow for him. Cardo also thought about his decision and came to her. Clarice asked if Cardo could make her remain but Cardo said it was time for her to be free to get her old life back. He begged her for all that she had been through.
Clarice voiced out her deep feelings for him and was willing to wait for Cardo. Cardo made her know that he was not worth her and hoped there would be a great man who would reciprocate her feelings.
“I can love you as a dear friend but my heart will forever be for Alyana,” he added and hugged her while making her know that they were used to having her and her absence would be a big blow to the group.
Ellen spoke with her husband over the phone. Arturo informed her that he would not come home that night and announced that he would return home the next day with Clarice. The following day, Ellen went to see Mariano and the decoy told his security not to allow anyone to his room. Ellen told Mariano about what her husband told her.
Mariano then revealed the captives he was made by Lily to meet them. He was sure the captives would not open up about the whereabouts of Cardo. Teddy was having an episode. Diana was forced to call for help and requested for food as they did not eat the previous day.
She even requested for water but the goon said there was no need for that since they would d!e on that day. Unbeknowst to Arturo, Lily had called for backup who would intercept the whole thing that Arturo had planned with Dalisay. Though Arturo had plans of counter crossing Cardo to k!ll Teddy and Diana, he had no idea about what the Almighty Lily had installed.
Ramil left to see Cardo in order to carry out Lito’s task. He was given a car. Lara wondered where he was going and Lito said he was running an errand. Lara wondered if Ramil could be trusted due to his criminal records. They also saw that his position as an ex-cop could help them.
Jacob arrived and was introduced to Lara, the new add-on to Lito’s group who would help in his business expansion. Jacob wondered if Lara could be trusted as Renato was now working in cohort with the president and had surrendered himself. Lito was quite surprised to hear that. Jacob was optimistic that they could be of greater help to Lito.
Lito agreed with him that their business partnership was still in place and would invite Hipolito to meet his add-on. When Jacob left, Lara asked Lito if Hipolito was to be trusted because he surrendered and Lito knew nothing about his plans. Hipolito now charged them to do the necessary investigations on Hipolito.
Arturo asked Lily if she would not go home. Lily said she was there to ensure Cardo’s body was swimming in the gutters before leaving the place. Arturo said what she wanted would happen but only when he had successfully retrieved his daughter. He left to talk to his goon and Lily hissed that she had been waiting for an opportunity to get rid of Cardo and when the opportunity presented itself, all that Arturo cared about was his daughter.
She swore not to allow Clarice to get in her way, she would eliminate all of the former Taskforce without considering Clarice. At the Black ops office, they planned a rescue mission to save Padua’s daughter but before they would embark on mission, they decided to do a thorough background check on each Taskforce member.
Cardo knew he needed to be present to ensure the group got Teddy and Alyana. He prayed simply because many lives were put at risk and was not ready to lose anyone as of the moment. He prayed for guidance and God’s help to do what he had planned. He was not fully fit but he took off his hand bandage and threw away his crutches and proceeded to take his güns and set it for the task.
