Brothers- Ang Probinsyano Episode 696 Albert finally meets Lito’s boss, Armando’s group gets defeated, Aurora saves Mara from deàth
Ramil and Jerome spoke with Cardo about his decision to go after Oscar. Though, they knew Oscar was the genesis of his problems but going after him would require a strong group with high caliber weapons otherwise they might be defeated.
Ramil suggested leaning on Armando’s group for the help he desired to make their mission work. Cardo went to have a private talk with Armando and thanked him for saving him. Armando said he should rather thank Mara because she saved him and his grandpa.

Lucia yelled at Thalia to find security to protect Aurora because her life might be in danger. Aurora went to the shores to finally bid goodbye to her memories of the place.
She threw the flowers she was holding into the sea and the flowers travelled to where Oscar was standing, where he first proposed to Aurora.
He was sorry for not returning to Aurora. As he got off the raft, he saw the flower which was washed ashore and he picked it. James, Villafuerte and the rest woke up. His friends were happy that they had finally woken up.
Cardo returned to tell them that he spoke with Armando to thank him. Delfin wondered who Armando was. Cardo explained that his group bumped into them when they were being chased. He said the police were also after Armando’s group. Delfin now was on top of his voice asking whether the group was a bunch of criminals or syndicates.
Cardo explained that they were just a group of farmers who were left at a disadvantage and were now fighting back everything that was taking from them. Delfin reminded them of their mission and described Armando’s group as criminals. Cardo said they were no longer cops and now they were also criminals.
Delfin agreed but was sad that the real criminals were the ones in the government. Lolita told Armando that after the mission of Mara, they should lay low for a while. Armando told her that he had already spoken with Cardo and now Cardo was thankful to him.
He believed winning the trust of Cardo would make him get the bounty. Lolita wanted him to act swiftly otherwise Cardo’s group might begin to suspect them.
The target instructed his servants to work at the open field and was not ready to follow the legal process to gain a permit for his mining job. He called the Mayor of the town to bribe him in order to push through with his illegal business.
Before he could leave for his other meeting,Mara and her group arrived there and opened fire at the target and his workers. As the fight got intense from the goons of the target and that of Mara, Samuel decided to run away with Lucas leaving Mara behind.
Left for Lucas, they would have returned for Mara but Samuel was scared that they might dië trying. He knew Mara was smart and could find her way out. Lucas insisted because he knew Samuel would be blamed should anything happen to Mara.
Mara was still exhibiting her karat skills with two goons from the target. She ran out of büllets and was depending on the magic of her hands and the power of her legs. She defeated one of the men but the other hit her neck with his leg and Mara hit the ground.
She dazed off and the goon was about to shōõt Mara when Aurora who had been watching them from afar in her car ran the goon over to save Mara. Oscar wondered how the flower got to that spot and believed Aurora might be around so he began searching for her.
Ambo and Elizabeth were also searching for the President and they were about to search for him when they saw Oscar approaching. They asked why he left without informing them. Oscar apologised and said he just watched around because he had missed the place and also made sure that no one followed him.
Ambo was worried since they had no one on their side. Elizabeth found a glimmer of hope in Payeng but Ambo reminded her of how Sebastian never liked the president and believed he might tell his grandson not to help them.
Ambo hoped the man would not tell on them to the authorities. Villafuerte proposed to Cardo that they should lie low for a while. James agreed because he did not want them to keep pushing their luck. Cardo believed they were giving up based on what happened but he wanted things to be over and done with.
Patrick supported Cardo’s opinion. Unbeknownst, Omar also was looking for their weakness to hit them hard for the pains Cardo had brought up on his life. As Armando was about to eat, he saw the latest news on Don Ignacio and in the news Cardo was the one who was blamed for holding the old man hostage.
He learnt from the news that Don Ignacio was still alive and he wept. Lolita was extremely upset that Mara couldn’t k!ll Don Ignacio. Even if the old man had nine lives, Armando was hellbent of getting rid of the cruel man. He was amused as to how hell was not ready to reclaim the life of Don Ignacio.
In the Palace, Arturo proposed to Hipolito to file for his candidature. Arturo’s intentions of standing as the vice of Hipolito came clearer that he was doing that since he believed Hipolito wouldn’t swear the presidential oath and an enemy would come and claim his life which would make him become the President.
Arturo bumped into Lily and made a mockery of her. He made it clear that Renato would win the elections and all the surveys which reported the mother of the nation leading the presidential race were fabricated. Lily got upset and believed that Arturo and Hipolito were up to something.
She made a call to Lito and also requested for a chopper to travel to the North. Since Lito told him to come and meet his leader, the influential person who wanted the black ops to eliminate Don Ignacio, Albert and his team went and were surprised to find out that Lito’s protector was no other than the first lady.
Samuel and the team arrived at the mansion to deliver the news that Mara and them got separated. He also could not tell if their target was eliminated. Samuel said Mara went after the target but the goons of the target got them surrounded so they had to save their lives.
Armando slåppëd Samuel for him to fall. Lucas intervened and reminded Armando how swift Mara was and believed Mara would find her way out. Armando said it was two things that Mara would successfully eliminate the target or she herself would dië in her attempt.
He swore to make Samuel regret should something bad happen to Mara. Lolita believed Mara was still alive and said she needed their help. The group decided to go and rescue Mara. Unbeknownst, Aurora had sent Mara to the hospital.
When Mara regained consciousness, she asked who she was and why the men were attacking her. She saw that Mara was in pain and told her that she witnessed what the men did to her and saved her before she was shõt by the men and brought her to the hospital.
Mara thanked her for her help but wanted to go home. Aurora promised to drive her home but wanted to learn from the doctor her condition before. Elsewhere, Payeng brought Oscar, Ambo and Elizabeth food and assured them that his grandfather did not know about it.
He also said deep down his grandfather’s heart he was a good mother. Oscar could testify since he knew Sebastian. Aurora went to talk to the doctor and the doctor said Mara’s injury was minor. Mara watched Aurora and the doctor when she packed leaving the place.
Aurora returned to Mara’s bed and couldn’t find her. She kept searching for her but Mara had left.
