Brothers- Ang Probinsyano Episode 708 Cardo’s comrades get poisoned, Cassandra and Ellen join forces against Mariano
Lito and Albert realised that they were being followed. In a carefully elaborated plan, they were able to capture the spy and send him to a safe house where they molested him to talk about the one who sent him.
After resisting, the hostage could no longer bore the pains and revealed that he was working for Don Ignacio.

Lito, told Albert that since Don Ignacio had sent his goon to tail them then he was aware of their transaction with Mr Kalaweit and would do everything to ensure their transaction pushed through.
They decided to go home and plan their next move. Delfin wondered if Flora was okay and wished they would be reunited with their families once more. Cardo wished their country men would join him in their fight.
His comrades wondered what they would do next after their mission would be over. As Billy hoped to get reunited with his family and go back to the force as that had been his childhood dreams, Greco wished to build his family.
Rigor laughed since Greco had no girlfriend. Jerome wanted to search for Bubbles and start a family with her. He also had some bothering questions.
Armando had a meeting with his allies to map out plans to rescue Dalia and the rest. He said Cardo and his team would lead the operations. Unbeknownst, the comrades of Cardo were served with the food which was poisoned by Samuel.
The comrades of Cardo were happy to be served with the food and ate. Elsewhere, Diana asked Major Opeña whether she had talked with her family after joining their group. Roxanne in her honest speech said ever since she joined the group, she had failed to contact her family.
Diana saw her as lucky as she had a family to return to only if they were able to make it alive. She cried as she had no one to return to after all was over. Roxanne comforted her and made her know they were family.

Cardo’s comrades began to throw up after eating the poisonous soup. Jerome screamed for help and a lackey of Armando went to inform him that Cardo’s comrades were poisoned. Armando rushed to their aid.
Cardo and Diana had requested for water and milk for their comrades to drink to vomit all the poison out. They were supposed to be sent to the hospital but due to their situation, they could not be sent there. Armando said Mara would be able to take care of them.
Lucas questioned his brother about the situation of Cardo’s comrades and Samuel confessed that he poisoned them since Armando was not willing to allow them to leave. Lucas was not happy because Samuel would be in trouble. Samuel wondered how Armando would find out, if Lucas did not rat him out.
The poison was out of the body of Cardo’s comrades. Mara said the guys needed to rest so they had to wait for the following day. Cardo asked Armando what actually happened to his comrades. Armando asked who cooked the food and Billy said Ms Belba.
He sent to fetch for Belba and the cook admitted to being the one who cooked the food. She did not poison them and stressed that she did not have any reason to do that. Mara believed her since there was no reason for her to do that to Cardo’s comrades.
Lolita also agreed with Mara that they needed not to point accusing fingers because she believed some chemicals might have been mistakenly mixed with their food.

Armando apologised to Cardo but he promised to get to the bottom of it. He gave Samuel weird looks. As everyone left, Samuel watched Cardo with his disdain eyes.
“Be very grateful that nothing happened to you but rest assured that next time you wouldn’t be that lucky,” he said.
Eduardo captured Kalaweit and sent him to a secret room where he electrocuted him and manhandled him till he was ready to voice out about the information he needed on Lito.
In the Villa, Cassandra was over and done with everything that was going on. She was getting scared of Lily and when Mariano came, she confessed to him about what she overheard Lily saying after Arturo betrayed her. She overheard her saying that she would k!ll Arturo just like he did with his daughter.
Mariano did not look surprised that Lily actually k!lléd Clarice, making Cassandra wonder if he was not scared about his life. She believed Lily would k!ll him too and she was only manipulating them to do what she wanted and once she had gained what she wanted she would get rid of them.
She advised Mariano to stop working for Lily. Mariano thought Cassandra wanted to escape and saw her acting like Ellen and hit her. Meanwhile, Ellen was talking to Hipolito to enlist his help to escape the clutches of Mariano.
Hipolito least cared about her but asked Arturo if he was interested in getting back with Ellen. Mariano assured Cassandra that he would protect her from Lily. Besides, Lily would pay him for them to get a better life.
Cassandra realized Mariano was not listening to her words and wanted to leave there. Mariano hit her for her face to swell and asked Hirona to lock her up with Ellen. Cassandra cried once she was thrown inside the room. She was throwing a fit when Ellen got there to call a truce.
They decided to get their rivalry behind them when they realized they were just being abused by Mariano. Cassandra confessed to working for Lily and her job was only to sédùçé Mariano until she got pregnant and things got complicated.
True to her thought, Ellen had always suspected that but they agreed to escape that night from the villa. The following day in the North, Lolita thanked Mara for saving the lives of Cardo’s comrades.
Armando got there and was searching for Samuel as he had a hunch that he was the one who poisoned the food of Cardo’s comrades. Samuel denied it and Mara believed Samuel was incapable of poisoning Cardo’s comrades.
Armando warned Samuel and the latter kept denying his act, stressing that Armando said he wanted Cardo’s group to help in the rescue mission so he could not possibly do that. Besides, the fact that he did not like Cardo did not mean he would poison them.
