Brothers- Ang Probinsyano Episode 713 Oscar is celebrated for saving the people of San Andres, Lily discovers Oscar’s secret with Aurora
Lolita told Samuel and Lucas to join them on the breakfast table. When they sat, Armando revealed to them his decision to venture into politics after they took over the territory from Don Ignacio.
Samuel saw that Armando was building his hopes so high. He believed his act would rather endanger them. Armando felt that he did not understand that securing a spot in politics would help them gain power to protect their wealth and to ensure they did not eat from spilling blood.

Lolita supported her husband and did not understand why Samuel was protesting while the idea of Armando would help them not to return to their old life. Mariano was called to the palace and he was upset that Lily had fetched for him.
Lily told him that a reporter from the PNC media wanted to interview her and needed him there.
Mariano still did not know what his presence would add up while Lily herself was the one who was being interviewed.
Renato was being interviewed at the President’s office when Mariano barged in with Lily to inform Hipolito to find a new venue for his interview as he would prepare his office for his wife, much to Renato’s surprise.
He couldn’t say anything other than to leave the place but never left without threatening Lily that he would ensure she regretted her act. The journalist did not hear it since he said it in a low tone to Lily. He was followed out by Arturo and found a new place for the interview.
Renato bragged about being the right candidate with lots of experience and he believed that set him ahead of Lily. He said with his skills and experience whilst he was serving under the Cabrera’s administration and also as a National Defense Agency Director, he had more to deliver to help build the economy.
He also made terrorism his priority and promised the Filipinos that he would bring down Cardo to end the brutalities the people were facing. He expressed his surprise that Lily was standing as the President whilst she had no knowledge about how to govern the country.
He stated that Lily was only a business woman and even Mariano relied on him for economic advice and deserved to be the president of the country. Arturo who was listening and watching from outside got upset that Hipolito gained the opportunity to project himself but never made mention of his name as the vice to project him too.
He swore to pay Hipolito for the act. The encroachers were armed and went to disturb the peace of the people of San Andres to reclaim their land. Ambo who was well dressed up went to face Don Guivana’s thugs.
He introduced himself as the lawyer and told them that the document they were boasting with was not signed and could not be termed as a legal permit, thus, they could not bother the people of the place. If they dared, he would inform his friend President Oscar.
One of the armed men after their coercion failed made fun of Ambo, saying he did not look like a friend to Oscar. He told the people not to put their trust in their so-called lawyer and he hit Ambo for him to fall. Oscar intervened and hit the man.
The people of San Andres were already armed with their machete and they all attacked the encroachers for them to flee.
At the palace, Lily had her interview and promised to provide food on the table for every Filipino so they should vote for her. The journalist said all the candidates could do what she was saying so Lily explained that what set her apart from her political rivals was that she would provide financial security.
She also projected Hipolito as an evil contender who only stood as the President despite her husband’s help to him all because he wanted to create problems for her. Danica requested the president to give his last words. Lily tried stopping Mariano but he gave his last words that he would support his wife and had a show-off lóve which to him might trend.
While watching the interview, Senate President Hernandez was glad and knew he did not make a mistake to throw his support behind Lily. Lily got upset with Mariano when the journalist left. She confronted him for going against the script but her decoy explained that what he did would rather make headlines the following day.
The people of San Andres hailed Oscar and Payeng was impressed by Ambo’s act of being a lawyer. They were celebrated and Oscar was happy to have helped the people. That, gingered him to go and reclaim his presidential seat to help the people of the Philippines.
He said, for his dreams to come true, they needed to find Cardo as soon as possible. Cardo and his group were also wondering what had happened for Oscar to have changed while he was genuine at first. Cardo believed that k!lliñg all those corrupt people would not solve the problem and stated that they needed to deal with Oscar too.
Arturo told Hipolito how Lily was able to impress with her speech. However, Hipolito claimed his speech was way better than Lily’s. Hernandez called Lily to congratulate her for the smart interview she conducted and Lily said she wouldn’t mind if she would get more of that.
Hernandez assured her of his support. Lily came across Hipolito in the hallway and Hipolito asked her if she had seen the latest survey because she was dropping down due to the scandal of her husband. Lily no longer cared about the survey.
She made it clear to Hipolito that she was going to meet Don Ignacio and she was sure the renowned Northern business man would endorse her. Hipolito had a talk with Hernandez over the phone and he told Hipolito that he would only endorse Lily. Hipolito swore to him that he would regret his decision.
He said beneath his breath that he would ensure Hernandez loses his current position and he would be back crawling. Payeng served Oscar with some loaves of bread they had. It was small and he apologised. Oscar was cool with the food.
Fortunately, the people began bringing fruits to thank him for intervening for them. The people of San Andres began consulting Oscar to solve their problems. Oscar learnt that there was a foreign vessel sailing on the coast, preventing the indigenous to have a bounty harvest when they went fishing.
Oscar realised Lily and Hipolito did not think about the welfare of the people to even sack the foreigners. The people of San Andres hoped the situation would not escalate for them to sleep on an empty stomach since they did not have any other work aside from the fishing.
Lily arrived in the North to have her meeting with Don Ignacio. The northern Don promised to endorse her if her husband, Oscar would beg him and his daughter Aurora for everything he did against them. Lily was surprised to have learnt from Ignacio that Oscar had sëdüçëd his daughter.
He accepted the deal under a condition that Oscar’s apology would not be seen by the people at the Art Work Exhibition that Don Ignacio was about to hold. Ignacio accepted the condition.
