Dominic Roque denies courting Kathryn Bernardo
Filipino actor Dominic Roque has denied courting colleague Kathryn Bernardo to shoot down rumours which was sparked on social media a few days ago.
According to him, Kathryn and him shared an unbreakable friendship beside her ex-boyfriend Daniel Padilla being a brother to him.
Dominic said this in a response to a showbiz page on Facebook which posted about him and Kathryn with a caption that read “Dominic Roque, is he flirting with Kathryn Bernardo?”
The actor clarified in a comment section that he was not flirting nor courting her but they shared a cordial relationship.
“That’s my brother,” adding that they are just “bros.”
Dominic and Kathryn shared a close friendship as they used to be in the same squad called “Nguya Squad” with Kath’s ex-boyfriend Daniel Padilla.
Nguya Squad was composed of Daniel, Kathryn, Dominic, Ria Atayde, Aeriel Garcia, Gabbi Garcia, Patrick Sugui, Marco Gumabao, and Khalil Ramos.
In February, Dominic made headlines with his breakup with Bea Alonzo.
Three months after their split, Dominic said that “everything is OK” in his life.
Meanwhile, Kathryn is set to reprise her role as Joy in the sequel of the 2019 blockbuster film “Hello, Love, Goodbye,” titled “Hello, Love, Again” with Alden Richards.
The movie is slated to be released in the Philippines on November 13.
