Despite Media workers are not my grace mate— Empress Gifty
Controversial gospel singer Empress Gifty Adorye says workers of United Television (UTV) are not her “grace” mates.
According to her, she was employed at UTV a subsidiary of Despite Media without any qualification and certificate which makes her picked by grace.
Speaking in a recent media interview, Empress Gifty explained that her grace-turn came after the song highlife musician, Kuami Eugene wrote for her.
She said she was passing through tribulations when Kuami Eugene called her that he had a special song for her and when he sent, she could feel the spirit in the track.
Touching on the testimony after she sang the song, Empress Gifty said aside from those who listened to “Watch Me” and were kicked by the spirit of God, she also gained an immediate employment at UTV without certificates and qualifications.
“Through this song, I got a job at Despite. I don’t have any qualifications, I don’t have any certificates but you see, I am not their grace mate. When it comes to grace, I am different so grace picked me not the qualification,” she said.
