The Broken Marriage Vow Episode 9 Jill and Charlie got intimate in Jill’s bid to secure vital information against David, Lexy left for America
Dianne entered Lexy’s room to keep her company. Lexy confessed that she was raised well by her parents to an extent that she could distinguish right from wrong until she fell in lōve with a married man. She indicated that she tried to even separate from him but he returned to stop her.
However, he was not ready to abandon his wife and son for her. Sandy went to see David to insist on him to choose between Jill and Lexy but he refused to do that. He said he lõved then both. There were things he could get from Lexy that he couldn’t get from Jill and there were things he could get from Jill that he could not get from Lexy.
David realised Jill sent Sandy over and she admitted. Sandy said Jill felt that he was worried over his finances especially when he denied having an affair. Sandy asked about his finances, he initially did not want to tell her but made her promise not to tell Jill.
He said he borrowed money from Jill’s account to do his project and has not been able to replace the money. He promised to replace it. Elsewhere, Jill tried to make Charlie expose her husband’s financial situation but it came with a cost. She had to get intimate with him before Charlie promised to give her documents about the finances.
Jill came home the next day. Mr Lucero called David to come over for an important discussion. When Jill went to work, Sandy told her that she kept late in her house yet she did not see her. She asked Jill where she went but she refused to tell Sandy.
Sandy revealed to her that David ended up knowing the truth so she opened up that she sent her over. Concerning his finances, David said he had a problem so he took Jill’s savings to take care of it and was willing to return the money. Sandy pleaded with her to remain with her husband because from indications, David lõved her and Gio.
David went to meet Fred who was upset that everything David told him about the project was a lie. He had told him to have secured a permit from the Environment department but it turned out to be false. He received a letter from the regional office that the project had no permit.
David kept denying and promised to rectify, insisting that he obtained a permit and the project was legally backed by the department of the environment. Lucero did not want his business to be hit by a scandal and warned David to address the issue as soon as possible.
Meanwhile, Dianne helped Lexy to pack out to America. She called her father that she was leaving and her flight was ready. Fred told her to inform him about it when she reached. Dianne drove Lexy and she alighted at a certain place to do something which enabled Dianne to text Jill that Lexy was leaving and was burnt on aborting the child.
Jill told Sandy and she called David to tell him that Lexy was off to America. Jill went to see Charlie in his house and he gave the necessary documents that would aid Jill in her investigation. Charlie revealed that David took all his money and invested in a project he was doing in Cebu.
However, the project did not work. He had withdrawn all Jill’s savings and even owed the bank. He used Jill’s house as a collateral so the bank might take over Jill’s house, if David was unable to pay. Jill had no idea about that but Charlie thought Jill signed those documents.
Jill debunked and made it clear that she never signed such a document and even had no idea. Charlie concluded that David had forged her signature to withdraw her money due to the conjugal property agreement they had.
He also took Gio’s allowance savings. Jill felt stüp!d that David had squandered all her money she saved and the one she saved for Gio. Charlie advised her to get a lawyer and file a case against David. He was even willing to testify for Jill. Charlie after all his help wanted his relationship with Jill to go on so that they could continue to have intimate time together.
Jill refused since that would not make her different from David. Besides, Charlie had a wife and wondered the kind of friend Charlie was. Carol came to meet her and she said she was there for some important documents and was leaving. Carol couldn’t stop watching her.
Jill got home to find Max with Gio playing an online game but he claimed they were learning. Jill said she would call his mother. Max was a smooth talker and was able to stop Jill from calling his mother. Gio complained that he was unable to reach his father but Jill reminded him that his father was busy.
Lexy arrived at the airport and Dianne helped her to wheel her luggage there. David reached there but was unable to see Lexy. The receptionist did not give any information about Lexy and the flight she was onboard with since it was against his ethics. Dianne stumbled on David and hid.
