Gangs of Manila Episode 23 Amanda kidnaps a Chinese businessman for a ransom, Augustus is thrown into a state of shock as he discovers that Supremo is released from prison
Lucio made a call to an acquaintance to get information about the trucks Amanda was traveling with but the person had no vital information. This made Supremo advise his gang to lie low to avert the police attention from them.
As Tanggol and his friends took 200 from Mokang to buy themselves some drinks to unwind, Amanda was scheming with her maniacs to abduct an enemy and planned not to spare anyone who wanted to get in their way.
Supremo told Lucio about seeing Amanda and believed Amanda and Augustus set them up. Supremo told Lucio that they needed to subdue threats posed to them by Amanda.
Amanda informed her husband, Augustus about the mission she was about to embark to kidnap her target. Mokang was still grateful to Tanggol for saving her from JP.
She asked Tanggol the motive behind his support and protection ever since they were kids. Tanggol said his intentions were obvious, he was interested in her.
Mokang made it clear that she only saw him as a friend and did not want him to build his hopes up because they both come from a poor family and she wanted to be with someone who could take care of her.
Lucio was concerned since the group were scared because Augustus was a high ranking cop and pleaded with Supremo to cut off his revenge plot against the powerful cop and his group.
However, Supremo did not want that. He gave Lucio the chance to exit the group if he was chickening out. Lucio had already swore his allegiance to him so he was not ready to leave.
All that he wanted to release all his frustrations and fears. Ramon met up with his group of cops to talk about Amanda. The cops believed Amanda had someone who was in the higher ranks than them to cover her tracks.
Amanda and her maniacs kidnapped Mr Dee and demanded 50 million ransom from his wife. The woman was ready to pay 10 million since she had no money at the moment.
The abductors knew Dee and his wife were loaded and gave her just a day to raise that money, if she did not want to see the body of her husband. Ramon was informed about the problem his group were facing with the shipment to secure it in order for their investment not to go down to the drain.
He postponed his plots against Amanda’s group and set Greg in charge of the operation with the Quiapo business they started. He reminded him not to mention his name as the one in charge because he was buried sis feet under.
Amanda and Augustus celebrated the successful operation in which Augustus cleaned the mess using his office. Augustus received the shocking news that Supremo was finally released from prison.
Tanggol and his friends escorted Monique after their drinks. Marites came home to find out from Santino that Tindeng and Noy had not returned. She was surprised because Tindeng never came to the store. She asked Santino if Tindeng and Noy went to see Tanggol but Santino pretended not to know.
Tindeng was worried about Tanggol since he had not returned. Noy believed he was up to no good. Tindeng told him that he was acting like Rigor because Tanggol might be having fun with his friends. They were worried about Roda since they have not been able to raise the rent.
Tindeng never knew what to do. Noy suggested they got a side job like robbing people. Tindeng saw that as a çr¡mé, besides, they were advising Tanggol to stop that attitude.
Elsewhere, Tolits and Tala after going to beg for arms decided to go back to their mother. The kids had missed her. Their was also crying for losing her kids all because she wanted to satisfy her boyfriend.
She was happy when she saw her kids. She decided to take them in and assured the kids that she has thrown her løvér from the house so they could stay.
She served them food to eat and asked her kids where they had been sleeping all those while. The kids told her that Tanggol took them in and she was happy that someone helped them.
Marites was worried about her mother. She wanted a peaceful life but not in that manner. Tanggol arrived home and he and Enteng narrated why they have kept long.
They revealed how they saved Mokang from JP who attempted to rápé her and things ended in a scuffle. Tindeng was not happy that Tanggol had to engage in a brawl since already his father was upset with him. She did not want things to escalate.
