Until We Meet Again Episode 2 Odessa escapes justice to kidnap Ana
After Evelyn was wheeled to the church by Larry to pray for the baby since she was in critical condition, the sins of Odessa was catching up with her, she packed her things to flee from the house.
Her aunt was puzzled by Odessa’s action, she tried stopping her to know where she was heading to but Odessa was in a hurry and opened the gate while she puts her things inside her car.
Unfortunately for her, the police arrived caught her when she tried escaping they arrested her. Meanwhile, at the hospital Evelyn together with her family were still keeping eye on the baby.
The police came to inform them about their success in apprehending the culprit. Odessa was taken to prison where she even harassed the other cellmates.
Back at the hospital, the doctor told Larry and Evelyn to continue praying for their daughter because she had a hard time breathing and they had to revive. Evelyn pleaded with the doctor to do everything in their power to make her daughter survive.
Larry followed the police to file charges against Odessa when he learnt that she got arrested and swore to make her pay for having put her child’s life in danger.
The doctors managed to treat the baby who Evelyn and Larry had named as Ana. Soon, they were allowed to take her home. They moved to a different house inorder to start afresh after the incident with Odessa.
Odessa’s case came to a close after she was found guilty by the court but the judge chose to have her confined in a mental hospital. Larry and Evelyn were not happy with the verdict but Evelyn said she understood from the psychological point of view since Odessa was not in a good state of mind. She being a psychologist understood the court decision although she did not get the justice she wanted.
Three years later, Ana was a grown up girl who had developed well, this made the family so happy. Evelyn talked to her sister about taking Ana to school, she preferred to have Ana homeschooled.
Unknown to them, Odessa had already been released and had been stalking Larry’s family for a while. She had even been posing off as a gardener at their house.
One day, Larry and Evelyn took Ana to the mall. Larry was walking with Ana when he saw some friends and went to greet them. He lost concentration for a while and Ana ran off.
A search party began at the mall, after Larry and Evelyn realised their daughter was missing. Odessa traveled with Ana to her home, where she sent Ana into a barn. Ana was crying to be with her mother, a flashback showed that had lured Ana with a doll when Larry was talking with his ex-girlfriend. She took Ana away and left her in a barn outside her house, swearing that she would never let her family be happy
The police got involved in the search and they asked the couple if they had any enemy. Evelyn said she had one, a woman who once harassed them but she was locked up years ago in a mental institution.
The police promised to look into the case, adding that there was a rampant issue with child trafficking and their child might have been a victim.
Unfortunately, Evelyn blamed Larry for their daughter’s disappearance saying, he was careless and that was why their daughter was missing. Larry said he would do his best to look for her while Evelyn’s sister asked her not to blame her husband since both were having a hard time in digesting the problem.
Odessa’s aunt heard a child crying outside and wanted to go and see what it was but Odessa stopped her. She insisted that her aunt was only imagining things since she was getting old and asked her to go to bed.
Larry hired a private investigator to look for Ana as he felt guilty for losing her. He told Evelyn that he was sorry for losing their daughter and Evelyn also apologised for blaming him, knowing he did not want them to lose their daughter.
The police showed the CCTV footage from the incident to the couple. The footage showed Larry greeting his ex-girlfriend. Evelyn’s anger returned after viewing it, she blamed Larry again for negligence all because of his ex. They continued to frantically look for their daughter but they were not able to find her.
Ana stayed in the barn with a little puppy and Odessa only went to bring them food. At one time, Odessa’s aunt heard the puppy’s incessant barks and went over to the shack to see what was wrong. She then saw Ana lying on the ground and realised that Odessa was hiding a child there.
She went to confront Odessa to ask her why she had a child locked up in the barn. Odessa said the child had done nothing but her parents had wronged her. The aunt learnt that Odessa had taken Larry’s child and asked her to return her but Odessa asked her aunt to stay out of it.
Odessa’s aunt saw Evelyn asking if anyone had seen their child on Television so she called Larry to inform him that he would bring their daughter to them. Larry told Evelyn and they asked the police to escort them to the place they were supposed to meet the person.
Just as Odessa’s aunt was about to take Ana away, Odessa arrived and told her that she would not allow her to take the child. She sent the child back inside the barn. Larry and Evelyn waited for her until morning but no one showed up.
They left the location since they were told it was dangerous to wait there.
