Renowned actress Salma Mumin has disclosed that she has been able to keep up a luxurious lifestyle due to the side businesses she has.
According to her, her lavish lifestyle did not come from the pocket of any man except the restaurant and boutique businesses she was running.
Salma said this to debunk claims that she was a call girl amidst the rising trend of female celebrities using rich men as their vehicles for fame and luxuries.
She maintained that her food and clothing businesses were lucrative enough to make her luxurious lifestyle possible
Known for her elegance and luxury style, Salma in an interview described herself as a “slay queen.”
She noted that the term “slay queen” had been changed to mean girls who have an affair with men in an exchange for luxuries other than
women with a keen sense of fashion.
“I can say I am a slay queen because I love a good life. When it started, it was people who could dress that we called them slay queens. All of a sudden, it has been changed to girls who do ’rounds.’ So I can’t refrain from looking good” she said.
Salma then refuted claims that her opulent lifestyle is as a result of engaging in promiscuous activities with rich men, rather, she said it stemmed from the fruits of her hard work.
