Sam Milby cries as he reveals details about his breakup with Catriona Gray
Actor Sam Milby has disclosed that he was emotionally affected by his breakup with his ex-fiancee Catriona Gray.
According to him, what makes the breakup more tragic was the fact that he was engaged to her.
Sam Milby poured his heart out during a recent media interview where he was asked about the incident that led to his split with the model.
“It’s hard to talk about the breakup now. It’s something I didn’t want to talk about. I did an interview with MJ Felipe which everyone knows about, and it was mainly to clear the breakup issue.”
“It’s so sad because, with social media, people just want to connect and believe so many things that are not true,” he said.
Milby stated that it had been a rough experience for him and he shared tears as he wanted to keep the details about the breakup to himself.
“It wasn’t just about us being boyfriend and girlfriend. We were engaged. And to have that not push through, it’s been really rough, honestly,” he said as he started to cry.”
“It’s a hard subject I still don’t want to talk about. If people think that it’s been easy for me, it hasn’t. Sorry,” he added.
Milby confirmed his split with Gray in February 2025 after months of speculations but kept mum about the reason behind their split.
The ex-partners, who announced their engagement in February 2023, were supposed to get married sometime in 2024 which did not happen.
