Shall I compare thee to a summer day— Elom celebrates Adjetey Anang as they mark 14 years anniversary
Comic actor, Adjetey Anang and wife Mrs Elom Anang on Wednesday mark 14 years of marriage with romantic messages and stunning photos on their social media handles.
As part of the anniversary, the couple served fans with pictorial description of love with a series of photos and sweet romantic messages to each other.
The Ghanaian actor captioning one of the photos thanked the wife for inspiring him and respecting his position as the man of the house.
“Can’t thank you enough for your genuine respect..friendship… you are inspired beyond my faults, habits, bad behaviour… by the potential, you see to be exactly why God placed me here,” he said.
Mr Anang further stated that “I am thankful for sharing these 14 years with me. Looking forward to a stronger bond in the years ahead, the Lord being our helper!”.
Elom responding to the love also dropped photos of them together to celebrate their union with powerful love quotes from Shakespeare’s famous love sonnet titled; The Darling Buds of May.
“Shall I compare thee to a summer’s day? Thou art more lovely and more temperate…” she captioned the post.
The “Things We Do For Love” married his wife on March 10, 2008.
Last year when he marked the anniversary, Pusher as popularly known, took it upon himself to share with his fans and Instagram family 12 lessons they can adopt and adhere to maintain and enjoy marital bliss.
In his sixth lesson, he wrote; “LESSON6: WE LEARNT THAT FUN SURPRISES SPARK UP THE MARRIAGE: Knowing that receiving and giving gifts is one of her love languages, has helped greatly. She loves gifts! Of course, I have learned not to use that as a tool to gloss over any wrongdoing because really…
“When something is wrong between us, giving gifts instead of dealing with the issues might send the wrong signals…but once everything is discussed and resolved, gifts definitely add something special and makes her feel being thought of in a special way,” he said.
This year, Mr Anang is not sharing lessons but he is thankful to the good Lord for keeping his home.
He noted that this was just another phase to grow to better and better.
