I’m not ready to love again— Claudine Barretto cries
Claudine Barretto has declared that she is not opening her heart to a new romantic relationship until her annulment with estranged husband, actor Raymart Santiago, gets finalised.
This is to shoot down rumours of her having extra-marital affairs though she is long separated from her spouse.

Claudine revealed this in a recent press conference for her new film “Sinag,” where the actress said it was her decision not to get into a relationship despite some expressing their affection toward her.
“My heart is still empty but my children are my priority. After several years of separation, I’m still not married,” she stated.
“I don’t want my children to see that there is another man hanging around or that I have another relationship until Raymart and I are annulled,” she stressed.

Claudine further stated that she was not accepting suitors at the moment, contrary to rumours that she had been following potential suitors.
“My heart is closed now until annulled,” she underscored.
Claudine then stated that she and her estranged husband had a healthy relationship with their children Sabina, 19, and Santino, 16, with Santino, saying they have no ill-feelings toward their dad despite his differences with the actress.
“If Raymart and I have any problems, that’s just us. As they grow old, they know what’s going on,” she said.

“I explain to them that there are things I have to fight for and this is for [them]. That’s all my explanation. ‘Those details are gone,” she added.
Claudine and Raymat were married twice: first in May 2004 and then in March 2006. The former couple separated in 2013.
Meanwhile, 27-year-old actor Yasser Marta earlier revealed he developed “romantic feelings” for Barretto, his co-star in the TV series “Lovers & Liars.” Barretto did not immediately comment on Marta’s declaration of feelings.
