Ambo, Oscar and Elizabeth ran off to a far place. The president was having a hard time as he was very weak and was losing hope. Ambo and Elizabeth tried to bring him to relief when a truck dropped by when a certain name Mr Donato came out to assist them seeing the condition of Oscar.
Arturo met up with Renato to form an alliance since both had a common enemy, Dalisay. Arturo was siding with Renato because he had seen that Lily was not ready to go after Dalisay. Hipolito made it clear that he wouldn’t hesitate to dispose him off, if he was being a hindrance.

Elsewhere, Ellen found Mariano with Cassandra and realised that she was living in the same mansion with Mariano’s other woman. The two women fought and Mariano separated them and made it clear that he lõved them both and could not choose any of them so they should try to get along.
He shared days for them to equally spend time with him. Ellen kicked the stomach of Mariano and planned to leave. Cassandra was sorry for Mariano seeing him hurt. She blamed him for Ellen’s behaviour. Upon second thought, Ellen decided not to leave since she had nowhere else to go.
Aside from that, she did not want to be viewed as the side chick and believed she did not have to go through all that after she jeopardised her marriage with Arturo for him. She vowed to stay to ensure Cassandra did not win over her.
She was determined to win over Mariano to make him make her his first lady even when Cassandra had confessed her pregnancy to her during their banter. She returned to inform them about her decision not to leave. Cassandra threatened that she would be the one to leave because the mansion could not maintain them both.

Arturo decided to help Hipolito find Oscar because capturing the president was the only way to make him stay in power for long. Mr Donato sent Oscar, Ambo and Elizabeth to his place to give them a place to sleep for the night. He first served them and got to know them.
Elizabeth gave him fake names. She said her name was Ivana, Ambo was Rambo while Oscar was called Derrick. As they were talking to the man, Donato seemed to be an honest man and was living in the house with RJ.
However, Oscar and his servants found the old man suspicious as they tried to eat the food since they were hungry and for days, they had been walking non-stop. The man talked to them about the rise and fall in life and why he wanted to be transparent without kowtowing to the corrupt acts of the leaders.
He said he and RJ contributed to the nation’s progress by casting their votes for honest leaders. As Hipolito was happy that his new alliance formed with Arturo would help him to defeat Lily, the first lady had also met up with Valmoria to forge ahead.
Lily declared her intentions of using the media and the public to undermine the reputation of Hipolito for the public to know that he was a mere corrupt person and was working with Jacob Serrano. Lito found the idea appealing and even called Albert to seek the Black Ops’ backing to pursue the 20 billion drug transaction that the police group earlier intercepted.
This was to sabotage Renato to reclaim all his foreign investors. Fortunately, Lily received a call from Augustus that his goons had gotten a lead concerning Oscar and his servants and were capturing them. Lily was happy with the news that she had finally found Oscar. Lily together with her goons rushed to the place and saw the cottage that her target was.
Ambo was sitting outside in the middle of the night keeping watch, when he heard footsteps of many people and barking of dogs so he was alerted and shouted out the name of Elizabeth and Oscar who were sleeping that the goons of Lily were there. Ambo was caught and when he tried to escape, Augustus shõt him to deàth.
The President and Elizabeth who were fleeing from the other side bumped into Lily and a fraction of the henchmen. Lily exchanged words with Oscar and Elizabeth got pissed off by Lily’s action and she shoved her only for Augustus to shōõt her. Oscar intervened and Augustus also shõt him to deàth.
Lily immediately woke up from her sweet sleep and she called Lito to enlist his help in finding the President soon since she had even been dreaming about him. She told Lito about her dreams. She also told Lito to concentrate on their 20 billion drug transaction.
Hipolito on the other hand, called a reliable ally to find who could lead him to the foreign drug lord, Mr Cowary because after the screwed transaction between Jacob and Parker, he believed Parker wouldn’t have the zeal to represent the foreigner.
Unbeknownst, Pablo, the one who had replaced Parker had called Winston to inform him that he was now the one representing Mr Cowary and wanted to transact business with Lito. Lito was informed by Winston and was happy.
Lily called Don Ignacio and they agreed that the old drug baron would travel to Manila to meet Lily there. In the North, the old man told Talia to tighten his security since he would embark on a journey the following day to meet the First Lady.
Lucia, the personal secretary of Don Ignacio wanted the old man to give the job to her instead and she tried to make Talia appear as incompetent.
However, Talia reminded her of her position and the security detail job was not part of Lucia’s job. Elsewhere, Lolita was still unhappy about Samuel’s mistake and kept saying unpleasant things about Samuel to Armando. Armando knew Samuel regretted his act and knew Samuel equally had a reason for wanting to k!ll Don Ignacio.
He reminded his wife of his friendship with Samuel. As they were talking, Samuel also arrived there and Armando was surprised to see him because he heard the conversation. Lolita excused them. Samuel told Armando about his decision not to allow the old man to slip from their hands so he wanted some of their men to spy the old man so that they could find an opportune time to strike when the old man least expected.
Armando accepted but told him to stick to the plan since he knew Samuel wanted to make up for his shortcomings. Samuel ordered his men and also urged them to arm themselves for any twist that might arise, much to the guys’ surprise.
Lily had a call from Lito who informed her about Pablo and the 20billion drug transaction. Lily was glad that Lito was swift and always make things happen. Elsewhere, Albert received a call from Padua informing him to clear all evidences that would stain Renato’s reputation or could link him to Jacob.
He reminded Albert that the Black Ops k!lled Jacob so he should ensure Hipolito’s name did not get dragged along with Jacob. Albert accepted but after the call, he told his men that they would not do what Padua wanted because Padua wanted them to clean his mess, meanwhile they were the black ops not Arturo’s lap dogs.
Lily heard from Augustus that Arturo had been quiet lately and wanted to use him. Talking about him, she bumped into him in the palace to ask him for his help to reach the media in her attempt to project herself but Arturo refused and made it clear that, he was not working with Renato since he would be the one to help him in his revenge against Cardo.
Besides, he was of the conviction that Lily would lose so he wished Lily good luck.
