Brothers- Ang Probinsyano Episode 702 Aurora begins to bond with Mara, Hipolito traps Mariano with a female staff of the palace
Payeng rushed to call his grandfather to help the President out. They came home and the man wondered what Oscar had done to his grandson for him to be hellbent on helping them.
Ambo pleaded with him to help the president. The man had some pity and told Payeng to hear water for him. At the hospital, Lucia cried over Don Ignacio’s condition and pleaded with him to recover and promised to do everything he wanted her to do.

Don Ignacio woke to tell her that there was nothing wrong with him and everything he was doing was just a strategy to make Aurora stay, especially now that Eduardo had revealed his face.
Hipolito spoke with Ellen and the cunning woman informed Hipolito about how Mariano got her beaten. Hipolito was surprised that the decoy would lay his hands on Ellen. He revealed that he no longer needed Mariano since he was now up against Lily in his presidential election.
Hipolito saw Mariano as üsëlëss to him now. Armando and Cardo mapped out a plan to save those who were kidnapped by Don Ignacio’s goons. Lucia saw Thalia and she began to shout at her to demand her to find guards who would protect Aurora.
Unbeknownst, Thalia has already secured Aurora. Eduardo got to the hospital once again. He was apologising to Don Ignacio that he was a change man and would make it up to his brother by ensuring those responsible for his current condition pay.
Seeing Eduardo, Lucia yelled at the nurses, threatening to blame them should anything happen to Don Ignacio. She reminded them that Don Ignacio built that hospital up for them. Arturo went to find Ellen at his office and she told him that Mariano laid his hands on her. Arturo informed Renato and wanted to get back at Mariano.

However, Hipolito stopped him as his actions might turn back against them. He had a better plan to use Mariano’s weakness against him to ruin Lily’s chance of securing the presidential seat. Lily told Augustus that with the help of Mariano, she would become the President and would unveil Mariano as his first gentleman and when she doesn’t need him anymore, she would become a widow.
Thalia went to see Don Ignacio and the old man began to smooch her. He promised to get well soon to be with her but Thalia knew the old man had changed when his daughter returned. She recalled her se×capades with the old man. Don Ignacio had promised to give her his entire fortune should she do everything he wanted of her.
Thalia also obliged to give Don Ignacio her body but she felt a foul play when Ignacio was now seeing his daughter. He realised the man just used her and attempted to k!ll him. Fortunately, or unfortunately, Lucia appeared in the scene and threw Thalia out. Thalia called Albert to inform him about her willingness to help him eliminate the old man.
When Eduardo got to his ghetto, he told his goons about his plans to get rid of Aurora to be the sole heir to the Guillermo fortune and his goons were willing to support him in his bid.
Aurora chanced on Mara. Mara was shedding tears and was çursing Don Ignacio beneath her breath and vowed to save Dalia and the rest of the girls who were kidnapped by Don Ignacio’s henchmen. Aurora seeing her got closer to her and realised she was the lady that she saved.
She was happy to see Mara and wanted to know her more especially seeing her being sad. Mara thanked her for helping her. Aurora said she searched everywhere for her the other time and never saw her. She tried to connect to Mara emotionally but Mara fled and she went after her.
She told Mara that whatever she was passing through, she had also passed through before and the burden would soon be taken off. Hipolito and Arturo paid a certain secretary working at the office of the President to lure Mariano. The lady was scared the first lady might have a problem but Renato convinced her and increased the amount.
The lady then accepted to entice the fake president. After Cardo laid out the plan for their rescue mission Team Armando and the former Taskforce would embark on, Lolita was glad that her husband was using Cardo’s group to achieve their aim and when the group was not useful to them anymore, they would dispose of them.
Meanwhile, Cardo’s group was also worried that they would add to their enemies since Don Ignacio was not just any ordinary person but a renowned man who the politicians even see him for endorsement. He was the one who foresees the legal and illegal businesses in the North.
Aurora felt like she knew Mara for long, her motherly instinct began to work and could not fathom the kind of deep connection she was feeling for Mara. She went to the hospital with a bouquet and Don Ignacio began talking about her mother which made Thalia who was eaves dropping jealous.
Ramil came out with a brilliant plan that they should attack Lily, Hipolito and Arturo since they might beseech Don Ignacio in the upcoming elections. The staff whose advancement payment was being prepared by Hipolito lured Mariano and the decoy led her to his room and pounced on her.
As they were making l0ve, someone was lurking in the dark, videoing their affair. Hipolito had also promised Arturo that he would give him the privilege to blow the head of Mariano off once their plans against him worked. He calmed Arturo down and told him to trust in his plans.
As Roxanne was hoping that they made the right decision to partner Team Armando, Samuel was not happy that the group would now bow to Cardo to obey his orders and told Lucas that he would not comply. Lucas warned him that Armando would be upset but Samuel did not care.
