Brothers- Ang Probinsyano Episode 688 Mara shōõts Don Ignacio, Cardo and Armando together with their team escaped
The news about Cardo holding Don Ignacio Guillermo hostage along with several tourists were still going rounds and Hipolito was watching with so much interest. He knew Cardo was now being hunted and had nowhere to go.
Padua, on the other hand, called Albert to ensure he delivered on his duty to capture Cardo. Mariano bumped into Cassandra but she was not ready for Mariano. Lily came to find them still not prepared for their journey to the North.
Mariano said Cassandra was not prepared so Lily had a private discussion with her. She did not want to follow them to the chaotic place due to her pregnancy. Lily told her to follow the money that she was gaining from the deal. She was no longer interested in Lily’s money and wanted to join her father.
Lily made a call and threatened to k!ll her father so she was forced to follow them in the trip. Padua called the Black Ops to order him that the President wanted Cardo alive so he should bring Cardo to him. Albert was not willing to follow the order but Fabia and Alcantara believed it might cause them their job, if they failed to deliver.
While Flora was still in her sad mood over the news popping up against her grandson, Armando addressed his group about his decision to make them fight alongside Cardo. Though, Mara did not like the idea and also wanted to finish off Don Ignacio, she had to comply.
Samuel also wanted to blow the head of the old man when Don Ignacio was proposing to give them money for them to spare his life. But his sins were unpardonable so Samuel yelled and Mara supported.
Lolita controlled them, making them realize the need to keep the old man to help them escape from the police. Ellen decided to secretly follow Mariano to the North and also hit the streets. Per the plan, Mariano met up with Lily and they had to be in the same car since they were acting up as the President and his wife.
Thalia also deployed her plans to rescue her boss if the police broke into the hotel. Albert and his team rushed into the hotel and Mara saw them approaching through the window and rushed down the stairs to alert Armando about the coming of the police.
Hidalgo also led Ambo and Elizabeth out of their hideout to find Cardo. Since he grew up in the North, he made them use the fastest route by using a raft. Don Ignacio pretended that he was having stomach trouble when he was left with two guards.
The guards were having pity on him to check what was wrong with him. Don Ignacio attacked them and snatched the gün of one to shōõt. Lolita heard the commotion and rushed there to shøøt Don Ignacio but she was down with a bullet. Mara’s intervention saved her and Mara ended up shøøting Don Ignacio.
The civilians took advantage of the commotion to flee. Armando wanted to k!ll them but Cardo stopped him. However, the police who were rushing in mistook them for the bad people and shõt some including Omar and his lover.
Cardo and Armando’s group also shõt the police in return. Mara rushed in with Lolita. After shøøting the officers, they used the back exit to flee. Already Armando has made a call for some of his men to prepare means for them to flee.
On their way, Hipolito called Lily to remind her of their plans, warning her to wait for him and Padua to come up with a strategy on how they would project Cardo to the public. Lily did not want him to remind her because she knew they had to work together in bringing down Cardo.
Oscar and Elizabeth together with Ambo got to the crime scene and wanted to go inside. Ambo stopped him because it was chaotic but Oscar did not want Cardo to slip him by. As the groups were trouping it, Omar held the leg of Jerome, so Jerome helped him and went with him.
Albert went in and was shocked to know that the civilians were k!lled. He also found Don Ignacio shõt and called for an ambulance while his group carried him out of the building. Cardo and his group together with Armando and his group escaped in a boat and they continued to shōõt the police men after them.
Albert was so irritated about the narrow escape by his target, Cardo.
