Gangs of Manila Episode 3 Tanggol beats up Mokang’s professor, Ramon escapes from prison
At the precinct in Quiapo, Rigor received and filed a complaint about an illegal arena that some victims were manhandled and duped.
He decided to pursue the case and investigate but his boss who has been promised by the owner of the Arena spoke with him not to pursue the case and promised Rigor of promotion.
Rigor had no hopes of being promoted because he had been in service for more than two decades.

Elsewhere, Tanggol followed Mokang to school. Mokang told Tanggol how one of her professors had been a pervert.
She showed Tanggol the professor only for Tanggol to beat him up. Mokang was compelled to run away with Tanggol. She skipped the class due to the incident and she blamed Tanggol.
Tanggol roamed around with her and they are street foods in Quiapo. It was late so they decided to go home. They joined a jeepney.
Meanwhile, the father of Ramon visited him in prison to announce that it was his time to help break from prison. Ramon then prepared with his inmate on means they could run.
Tindeng and Marites arrived home. Tindeng was worried about Tanggol after the brawl in Quiapo. She hoped Rigor would not hear about it.
Unbeknownst, David had been informed by some gossips who wished Tanggol was as calm as David. While Rigor was thinking about what he would do concerning the arena case with his colleague, Mendoza, David came to inform Rigor about the deeds of Tanggol.
Tanggol and Mokang alighted after the notorious criminals in Quiapo joined the jeepney. Mokang went home and Tanggol also got home. Rigor beat him mercilessly for the fight he led in Quiapo.

Santino told Marites and Tindeng the truth about the brawl. He explained that he was the victim and Tanggol came to save him.
After Marites learnt the truth, she explained to Rigor but Rigor believed she had been pampering Tanggol and even swore to send Tanggol to jail himself. David also swore to do the same thing, when one day become a police officer.
His father believed David would one day become the police general, the position he never obtained. Ramon and his lackeys managed to break from prison by spearheading a fight during lunch time.
This disrupted the prison guards and they fled. A group of inmates who were against Ramon tried to ruin the plan but Ramon k¡lléd them and climbed a wall. The police went after them but they managed to escape.
They got to the meeting spot which was planned with Olga but Olga arrived late, leading some of the police officers following the fugitives with their vehicles k¡lléd many leaving only two.
Ramon finally arrived home and his father got him treated.
