Andrea Brillantes said this in response to backlash from Rodrigo’s fans on social media.
“I just realized I worded that poorly and it came off as me bragging about my spot. What I meant to say was when I queued up this morning, I ended up first in line in my queue number lane,” she said.
Rodrigo’s maiden concert in the Philippines was a two-hour homecoming celebration for the singer who doubles as a songwriter.
Thousands of fans enjoyed jamming to her songs “all-american b—ch,” “bad idea right?,” “drivers license,” “deja vu,” “vampire” and “teenage dream,” among many others.
Concertgoers had the rare opportunity to enjoy the “vampire” singer’s “Silver Star show” for P1,500 with seats selected at random.

She was accompanied by close friend and “Kadenang Ginto” star Bea Borres and had her own share of fangirl moments as well.
Aside from her, Marian Rivera was among the celebrities who took time off their busy schedules to sing their hearts out at the event.
Rivera and her husband, Dingdong Dantes supported their daughter Zia, a fan of the singer-songwriter as they captured their unica hija having the time of her life on their respective Instagram posts throughout Rodrigo’s show.
