As Arturo and Mariano were fighting, Arturo brandished a gün and his wife advised him to quit what he was doing. Arturo said the more she pleaded on Mariano’s behalf, the more he gained reason to shōõt Mariano.
Mariano also begged him not to shoot him. The palace servants were also begging him not to pull the trigger. Arturo was upset with Ambo as he knew he was aware of the dirty affair between his wife and Mariano.
Hipolito was informed about the brawl and he came to meet Arturo about to inform everyone who actually Mariano was. Hipolito was quick to intervene to stop him from revealing the identity of Mariano. He warned Arturo and Mariano and told Mariano to follow him when Arturo left the place.
Meanwhile, Oscar has dragged himself out to watch what was happening. He was surprised to see his body double who Lily and Hipolito were using to run the government. He kept himself hidden so that he would not be seen.
Hipolito at the President’s office warned Mariano for his little game with Cassandra. He warned him to stay away from Cassandra because she was behind what happened to Ellen. Mariano was not sure but he could guarantee that he and Ellen kept their little affair hidden from anyone.
Hipolito told him to open his eyes because Lily was behind it together with Cassandra but Mariano still became defensive. He told Hipolito not to worry about Elizabeth and Ambo, he would take care of them for them.
Unbeknownst, Oscar had seen Ambo and had asked him to keep him somewhere safe so that he could explain why Mariano was the imposter and he was the real Oscar. Though, Ambo was surprised but looking at the injury that the handcuffs left on his hand, he realised he could be the real president and bro prez could be an imposter.
Mariano, when he went to his room thought of what Arturo did to him and thought of means to get to him for the humiliation. Ellen went to her husband to ask him to forgive her but her husband wondered why she could cheat on him with nobody like Mariano.
Ellen explained that it was a moment of weakness since Arturo focuses all his attention on finding Cardo, neglecting her needs as a woman. Arturo threw her out and took her car keys, saying, the car was registered in his name and she had nothing to her name. He reminded her of where he picked her, she was nothing and surprisingly, she had not changed from her old promiscuous life.
Cassandra called Lily to inform her about the fight. Augustus came to inform Lily but Lily said Cassandra had already tipped her off. Augustus said not only that the guards guarding Oscar’s room were also not there. Lily reasoned that they could extricate Oscar from the room.
As Ellen was thrown out and was crying, Cassandra approached to make fun of her. Oscar was assisted by Ambo as he could not walk. He was sent to a different room and he explained to Ambo that the only thing he could remember was having a press conference and suddenly he felt dizzy and blacked out. He only woke up to see himself handcuffed into a bed.
He said he was injected with various drugs so he was so weak and only slept. However, he could hear everything those responsible were saying and he mentioned Lily as the one responsible for that. Ambo made him rest for a while in that room and went to call Elizabeth. Elizabeth was very sad when she heard the story of the President.
She recalled how strange the new president was behaving, calling her Eloisa, allergic to shrimps and signing documents with his left hand. She now believed all her suspicions were right that the new president was an impostor and was glad to have seen Oscar. Oscar asked of James and Salonga and was told that they left the place after they went to help Diana and Teddy.
Elsewhere, Ellen came to Mariano’s room to inform him that her husband threw her out of the palace. However, Mariano decided to help her and told one of his guards to find Ambo for him to prepare a room for Ellen to stay. He assured Ellen that he was the president and what he would say was final.
He said he would determine who to stay in the palace and who would not. Ellen reminded him that he was only a fake president. He said he still called a shot and Ellen should even seek Renato’s help. Hipolito met up with Jacob for the 20 billion worth of drug production and he wondered if Enrique would avail himself for that.
That led Jacob to ask if Enrique was reliable. Hipolito said even if Enrique did not partner with them, he would find a different place and would also eliminate Enrique for knowing too much about their operations. Enrique, on the other hand, was also doing his best in order not to miss the 20 billion worth drug business opportunity.
The Black Ops were aggrieved by the passing of their two major officers and knowing Major De Vela he knew he would take his revenge on Cardo. Speaking of him, De Vela showed up and was willing to exchange everything even with the devil to send Cardo straight to hell for iñsülting them in their own territory.
Soon after, the Mante family saw the images of Audrey in the news. She was k!//ed and the police wanted someone who knew the body to identify the person. The family wept really hard and Cardo together with his team were sad for the Mantes. Fernando called Enrique and the drug lord showed no remorse for his act.
He said it was to indicate that he was a man of his word and warned him to work for him, otherwise, Audrey’s body was not the only thing he would see. Fernando was surprised that after k!lling his daughter, he still had the guards to tell him about being his Attorney. Lia vowed to make the culprit pay for the act.
Oscar said the only person who could help him and put Lily and Renato to their place was Cardo and needed to find where Cardo was. He told Ambo and Elizabeth to send him back to his room. At that time the guards guarding his room were also on duty so Elizabeth faked an accident for Ambo to call the guards up.
He was fortunate to have met the doctor who would administer the drugs into Oscar’s body and called them to where Elizabeth was lying unconsciously. Ambo took advantage of disruption and sent Oscar to the room and got him tied up unto the bed.

Cassandra lured Mariano to bed and she asked him to tell her all about his life. Mariano told her that she planned his schedule so she was aware of everything. Cassandra asked him why he always obeyed Renato. Mariano said he was only doing that on the surface because he was upset with him and would soon kick him. Cassandra saw that as great news.
After paying with him, she called Lily who was on her way to see Lito. She told her about the great news and Lily was glad that Mariano had thought of double crossing Hipolito. She told Cassandra about her plans to extricate Oscar that evening and Cassandra promised to help her.
Lily then called Arturo to inform him about her plans and Arturo promised to help her. Knowing the one who had Oscar was the one who could run over the country. The doctor came to check on Oscar and saw the scissors on the floor. He realised some changes and began to check the ropes that Oscar was tied up with.
He was about to jab Oscar when Oscar suddenly, held him and pleaded with him not to jab him for the sake of the country. He also pleaded with him not to tell on him to Renato and should hide the fact that he was fully conscious. The Dr was called to Renato’s office and he gave the medical update of Oscar to Renato.
Renato sent him to Oscar’s room and told him to tell him about any changes so that he could increase the dosage if Oscar was waking up. The doctor accepted and when Renato left the room, Oscar thanked the doctor. He later tried walking around in his room.
While he was at his office, Ellen came there to inform him that Lily had kicked her out and needed his help to stay in the palace. Renato refused and revealed his true colours to her. He said she was now a liability and told his guards to throw Ellen out. Ellen reminded him that she was the one who helped him to bring him into the palace.
Renato did not care and led the guards to throw her out and warned the guards to ensure Ellen did not set foot in the palace ever again. Ellen was hurt that Renato double crossed her. Mariano had dressed up, coming to search for Ellen. He asked a guard to ask Ambo to show him Ellen’s room but was shocked to have discovered that Hipolito had kicked Ellen out of the palace.
