The Broken Marriage Vow Episode 29 Claire occupies Jill’s position as the clinic head, Gio discovers Gabby slept in Jill’s house
Jill realised that the person who startled her was no other than David. He asked Jill why she was scared and she said someone broke into her house. They went in and got Gio to pack his things. Jill had no doubts that David was the mastermind behind that.
She confronted him for trying to scare her and turning her son against her. She also believed he pulled the strings for her to be demoted. Jill went to see the police to review the footage and realised that the one who broke in knew where the camera was and swerved it.
The police asked if she had a suspect and she said her ex-husband. The officer suggested she settle the issue with the husband. The next day in school, Gabby told Gio to meet him at the Principal’s office for them to talk, since he had been skipping his class.
Gio went there and found his mother with the principal. Jill started off by making it clear that she and Gabby had nothing to do with each other. She said David was the one who was sabotaging her to reclaim Gio. Gio could not believe that his father would do anything to tarnish the reputation of his mother.
He made it clear that he chose to stay with his father and was not forced. Jill was hurt by Gio’s actions and followed him out but Gio fled from her. Jill cried in her car and that night, she went out to drink and got tipsy. She spoke with Carol and told her she would be fine. Gabby arrived since Jill had texted him.
Jill could not remember. Gabby gave her a gift his grandmother prepared as a thank you gift. Jill told him to thank his grandma. She hugged him and David who was passing by saw them and took pictures of them and Jill saw him.
As Gabby sent her home. While she was there and out of her tipsy mood, she received the pictures from David with a caption that he did not know what Gio would think about her. Jill told Gabby that her ex would not stop bothering her. He had turned her son against her.
Gabby suggested she give Gio a break for a while but Jill did not know how she would be termed, and should abandon her son all of a sudden. As they were talking Gabby dozed off and he had to sleep on the couch. The next morning, as Gabby woke up and Jill thanked him for driving her home, Gio arrived there to find the two together.
He brought meanings to seeing them together. He claimed he was there to get his things. Jill tried explaining why Gabby was there in her house but he was consumed in his thoughts. David who was told by the nanny that Gio left early without eating got to Jill’s house with Lexy.
Lexy even said Gio might be in school but David doubted since Gio did the same thing last night when he said he would be with Max. David said he did not understand why Gio kept returning to his mother while he thought he had convinced him. Lexy was surprised to know that he actually convinced Gio to stay with them.
Gio appeared followed by his mother and Gabby. David warned Jill not to be doing what she was doing with Gabby in front of his son.
Jill in a sorrowful mood spoke with Carol over the phone, telling her about what she thought about David concerning her son’s issue. She was sure that David turned her son against her. Carol did not doubt. Gio and his mates were taught in school by Sir Gabby.
As Jill was fixing her CCTV cameras, Gabby called Jill and told about his intentions of speaking with Gio. Jill did not want him to meddle but wanted him to tell her about Gio’s next games so that she could be part of his life. Gio has stopped telling her about all that so she wanted Gabby to fill in the gap.
Gio did not go to training and came home. His stepmother and David had bought him new shoes. Gio was tired and left for his room so Lexy thought he did not like it and suggested they send him along next time they go shopping.
Carol was also doing everything possible to make her husband draw closer to David to gain information for Jill to help her in her situation. Jill bumped into her son and his friends and realised that he did not go to school and told him to prioritise his education.
The boy had enough of her lectures and reminded her that Gabby was his teacher but Jill insisted that they had nothing going on. Gio stated that his position as a team Captain was even being questioned by his classmates. He got upset and walked out on her. Jill held him aback and told him that he was not that respectful and understanding Gio she raised.
Gio left to play games with Mikah and Max at the game centre but could not concentrate. He stepped out and his friends followed him to tell him that he should also understand his mother that she had sat alone for years while his father had been happy and had a new family.
Max stated that it was not a crime for his mother to fall for Sir Gabby because single plus single equal to double. David was with Lexy at a certain restaurant when they saw Charlie with Jasmine. Though Charlie claimed she was a friend and pleaded with Lexy not to tip his wife off, David said he could not føøl him.
He thought the had changed, not knowing he was still into his old habit. However, they assured that his secret was safe with them. Jill went to work to discover that the new position that she had to be occupied was given to Claire Fontebellas.
Jill had to leave her office and her consultation had been given to a different doctor. She tried hard not to have issues with Claire. She did not understand why Dr Barry would approve such a thing that her working hours would be stopped for her office to be renovated.
She was given a different room and Bani helped her to clean the place. She was staying there temporarily. Jill saw Sandy and the latter asked if David was behind the act. Jill could not tell but she knew David had hand in it and since Claire was now the clinic head, she would call a shot.
Sandy told Jill about the dinner her former husband invited her and told Jill that Carol and Charlie would be there as well. Jill told her to go and have fun. Carol and Charlie arrived at the dinner and she asked of Gio.
Gio lost his phone while playing a game at the game centre. Jill received a call from the number of Gio but realised the person was not her son and the line got hung up. She became scared and entered her car.
