The Broken Marriage Vow Episode 8 Jill decides to burn David alive after she discovers he had spent all her money on Lexy, Lexy gives an ultimatum to divorce his wife, Jill lures Charlie to obtain substantial information
The Lucero family were having breakfast when the nanny reminded Nathalia that she had already packed their luggage. When Nathalia asked Lexy when they would leave, she said she would not go anymore. Her father wondered why she changed her mind at the eleventh hour.
She said that was what she felt like. Her mother suggested they go out shopping for mother and daughter bonding. Jill met with her investigator and gave her plan to get closer to Lexy.
She approached Lexy and told her that her name was Dianne and she just moved to her area. They decided to be friends and Lexy told her to come over to her place whenever she felt like. She then told Jill about it and wondered how Jill was able to preempt that Lexy would want to have new friends.
Jill said she made that suggestion based on her own experience when she was pregnant. Since she told Lexy that she lived in block 18, Jill had to rent the apartment for her. At work, David told Charlie that he had gotten Lexy pregnant. Charlie said it was now difficult to support David with lies, unlike, before.
Jill that night went to David’s office to go through his documents. She was almost caught by David’s secretary but she hid. Lexy stumbled on Dianne and helped her with her things into her room. She and Dianne got into a conversation and Lexy asked Dianne about the father of her child she was carrying.
Dianne claimed that the man was so abusive so she decided to be alone and raised her kid on her own. Dianne also asked about Lexy’s husband. Jill got home and asked David about the real estate development project he wanted to invest in and David said he had not done that yet.
When they went to bed, Jill could not sleep. She woke up when she thought of what she found after going through David’s documents. She went for kerosene and matches and poured around David on the bed and lit the matches to burn him.
The smoke choked him and Jill was laughing as she claimed he deserved it for wasting all her resources on his mistress, leaving her son with nothing. David woke up and called out Jill’s name and she stopped the hallucinations.
She went to stand outside to smoke when Charlie got close to her to keep her company but she left to her house. Carol spotted her husband with Jill and she got jealous. She questioned him when he went to the house.
The following morning when they were eating, Jill congratulated her son, Gio who would have to attend college. Gio said he wanted to be Doctor as well as Architecture and his mother said he could even study in the United States because she had saved for it. She turned to David and David said it was true, they had secured his future.
Jill added that David would have his ground breaking of his contract business with the Luceros and would make extra money from there to help Gio. Later, Jill met with her attorney to inform him about what she discovered: David had used all her investments for her son on his mistress and there was nothing left for her.
The Attorney advised her to have a secret talk with her husband’s accountant who had all the information about their accounts to know the exact thing her husband used her money for, whether he had invested into something else or just spent and also to know if David had also sold out some of her assets.
At the groundbreaking ceremony, Gio did a live video updating his friends on the project of his architecture father. Lexy had also told Justin that she gave David an ultimatum so he would break up with his wife on that day, only for Justin to show her some footage at the ground breaking ceremony, where, David was getting intimate with his wife.
He warned Lexy to wake up from her dreams that David was only using her for his own gains. He would never divorce his wife for her. Lexy tried to console herself that after the ceremony, David would put an end to his marriage.
At the event, Jill managed to book an appointment with Charlie, the accountant of her husband. Charlie did not want to agree for the date but Jill used seduction to make him agree to it. She dressed seductively that night and told her husband that she was going for a Doctors Association meeting.
As Gio said his mother was looking attractive, David said his wife had over dressed for the occasion. Jill left and she called Sandy to carry out the plan as they agreed. She had told Sandy to find out about David’s finances and what he intended to do with the baby he was expecting with Lexy.
Carol set eyes on Jill and she complemented her looks. Unbeknownst, Jill was meeting Carol’s husband to get into the bottom of David’s finances. She arrived at the rendezvous place and Charlie helped her to take her seat. Charlie wanted more before he would give her all the necessary information.
Meanwhile, Dianne passed by Lexy’s house to give her some lotion which could take care of stretch marks. Lexy invited her in since she needed someone to talk to.
