The killer Bride Episode 3 Camila reveals herself to her family in Emma’s body
The news came as a rush wind at the De la Torres mansion, the nurse who was last seen with Baby Vida and Camila narrated the unfortunate incident to the family. She said she left to make a phone call and when she returned the fire flames had covered the baby and could not save her.
She decried that before her death, Camila promised to come back and take revenge on all those who were behind her misfortune.
Luciano feeling uneasy with his guilty mind commented that the speech lacked sense. Arrayed in anguish he claimed such omen would never happen but a family member indicated that there had been stories of reincarnation and a dead body’s soul possessing another which could make it possible for the curse to work.
He stood and ordered that no single soul in the house should ever pronounce the name of Camila in the house. In acting upon the words of Luciano, Guada ordered the maids to get rid of all Camila’s belongings. She said they should burn them although Mannay Ichu tried stopping them but Guada did not allow.
Thinking about a possible omen which would befall on the De la Torres, Guada seemed frightened by the last words of Camila. Manay Ichu was eavesdropping, suddenly a picture of Camila fell and the frame broke.
As the legendary narrated, everything of Camila was turned into ashes and was blown away by the evil wind. Although her name was wiped from Las Espadas yet her thirst for vengeance still remained on the minds of the people.
Even till now every person at Las Espadas is waiting for her return and her vengeance. One night some residents sat around a bonfire narrating this folklore. Some cracked jokes about her return but Intoy, the narrator assured that it shall surely happened adding that, Camila was waiting for the right body to possess.
He insisted that it was a true story and Elias could confirm it since his father was a friend to Vito and the De la Cuestas.
As the listeners of the story turned to Elias, he said Vito had never mentioned Camila’s name at his presence before. As they were speaking, the “Killer Bride’s” spirit lingered around.
Intoy kept on with the folklore. He instigated that Camila might return the next day since it was the day the blood moon would set up in the sky and when that happened, he claimed there would be bad luck.
Elias told him to quit the story. A friend came and prank them, they got scared as they thought it was the killer bride.
Elias said only crazy people would believe the story. However, they later felt a real present of a spirit and they fled. Elias who was feeling tough and did not believe in the existence of ghost stood alone but got scared and cried that they should wait for him as he dashed off.
Fast forward, a newcomer arrived at Las Espadas, She asked a certain woman to show her Dako Paroon, the woman said she was not ready to die soon so she would not be able to lead or show her the funeral home.
Elias was busy doing his floral arrangements watching the new comer and listening to her conversation with the woman. As the new comer was heading towards his direction, he tripped.
The newcomer fell along with him since held her hand. She was on top of him while the townspeople were taking photos and were happy for Elias.
Elias later said sorry and she asked whether he was okay. Elias introduced himself and asked her of her name. She said she was Emma and Elias offered to alight her at Dako Paroon.
She was scared that Elias could be a pervert but she eventually accepted to go with him as the townspeople urged Emma to trust Elias.
She told Elias that she just arrived from Manila since she got a job at Dako Paroon. Elias indicated that Las Espadas was a big town but almost everyone there knew each other.
Elias smelt his ampit and he removed his shirt and changed it to a new one while Emma turned her eyes waiting patiently for him to drive her to the place.
On the way, Elias asked her of her job and she said her job was Mortuary make up artist, explaining that she puts make up on corpses.
Elias laughed at the job, they arrived at Dako Paroon and she thanked him for the ride.
“I sincerely hope you enjoy your stay here,” Elias waved her. He then left with his office delivery car.
Tsoknat was scared, Manay Ichu arrived there to asked her to shut her mouth but she kept saying that the corpse winked at her.
Manay Ichu warned her that if her action made them lose a client she would put Tsoknat in a casket.
Emma was shown around the place. She saw where they do the embalming of corpses.
Iking who was sleeping like a corpse startled them especially Tsoknat. Manay Ichu indicated that Iking had a special belief in after life so he had worked all his life with corpses.
Manay Ichu told her that she inherited the business but she invested the money she made from her previous job into the business.
After she climbed the stairs, Emma saw the picture of Camila and asked Manay Ichu whether she was her daughter and she said she worked as Camila’s nanny.
Tsoknat interjected that Camila was betrayed by her own family and she lost her life through a prison fire.
As Tsoknat mentioned the Dela Torre, Manay Ichu scolded her for mentioning that family’s name in her house.
Meanwhile, the town’s people were holding an event at the town to chalk the Eclipse festival. Their merry making was heard in Dako Paroon. Tsoknat invited Emma to the event but she said she would not be able to make it as she was tired after the long trip to the place.
The dark shade had already covered the De la Torre plantation, everything was turning upside down. Their happiness was turning into sorrows as their profit was turning into a lost. what definitely goes around comes back around.
Luciano wanted to open the Dela Torre plantation for outside investors so the business men asked him why he wanted to do that since the plantation had always been a family business.
They said the Dela Torres have gone bankrupt, hence Luciano’s move. They added that a bigger portion of the plantation had been wiped out and were not ready to invest in already dead business.
Since things did not go out well for Luciano he got pretty upset.
Alice got to Guada’s room and she asked her how the meeting with the investors go. Alice said they seemed not to be interested.
Guada bemoaned that Camila’s curse was working since after her death everything had gone bad.
The workers of the Dela Torre plantation business were also dumb-stricken by the plight of the plantation and regretted for not following Manay Ichu once she left the De la Torre mansion. They believed that would have spared them from Camila’s curse.
Manay Ichu asked Emma why she chose Las Espadas while she was in a bigger town.
Emma said she wanted to pursue her job as funeral cosmetologist thus when she saw the advertisement of Dako Paroon she immediately applied. She also revealed her dreams of owning a funeral home.
Tsoknat told Emma that creepy things had been happening due to Camila. She told Emma that they should not joke with the wrath of the dead since they could possess others to reach their aim.
It was a blood moon night and the township were happy with their festivity.
Meanwhile, Luna, the daughter of Vito was searching for Elias. As Emma was sleeping she dreamt about the curse of Camila.
She suddenly woke up and blew a whistle for a horse, the horse ran to her and she sat on it. She gatecrashed Guada’s birthday celebration.
As they were about to cut the cake, a voice was heard calling out “Grandma, Grandma, Grandma.”
“Who are you?” Guada’s eyes emitted fear.
“Guards, Guards take her away,” Luciano hissed.
“Grandma, it’s me Camila. I am telling you the truth,” Emma’s hands were held by the guards as they were dragging her outside.
“Shut your mouth,” Luciano hesitated.
“Please Just hear me for once uncle Luciano. Give me a chance to be heard, after all these time you will still not treat me like a family?” Emma (Camila) cried.
A rush of fear blew their faces. Luciano told them they should talk outside she indicated that Luciano was the one who called the police when grandpa made arrangements for her to run from Las Espadas. Luciano slapped.
She thanked Alice for being supportive, spitting that for Felipe his political career had been his major focus thus abandoned her to look good at the sight of the people.
“And for you grandma, you only loved me as I brought you good luck. And when things fell apart as I became useless to you, you abandoned me.
You even remember your last words to me back then Stay away from us! You are nothing but bad luck. You really broke my heart grandma.”
Guada felt sorry and when she was touching her she collapsed. Emma was sent inside even when Luciano insisted that they should threw her out.
Vito was touched by his wife but he thought it was Camila. However, Luciano still insisted that Emma was not Camila with Felipe saying the issue of Camila was all over the town so Emma might have been acting.
Alice refused to believe in what they were saying. She sided with Emma, saying Emma revealed some secrets that no outsider knew. Guada was very frightened and said Camila kept her promise to return.
Emma woke up and Luis introduced himself, Emma wondered what she was doing there. Guada asked her to go upstairs and relax but Luciano planned to call the guards.
Emma shoved him aside and fled.
