Once upon a time in the life of a married couple, they came around a certain incident which the man named Larry, a husband of Evelyn saves a woman, Odessa who is ready to commit suicide following an heart break.
Later, Odessa’s infatuations about Larry grows and prepares to secure any means just to glue Larry to her. Larry who thinks he is just helping her to recover is pushed to a tight corner as the aunt of Odessa reveals to him that Odessa has a sickness of obsession for men.
Knowing she will destroy the peace in his marriage Larry is forced to make a decision.
Soon, Odessa hatched up a plan to get Larry to bed her. She dresses like the pregnant wife of Larry, Evelyn to lure him to bed. Larry gets to bed with his wife just to find out that it is Odessa not Evelyn.
Unknown to Larry, Odessa tempers with the tyre of Evelyn which makes it difficult for Evelyn to ride home after an outing with a relative, Helen.
Evelyn arrives home to find Odessa who is dressed like her being dragged outside by Larry. Odessa is unwilling to leave so a brawl escalates, leading Evelyn to fall in the process.
Evelyn is rushed to the hospital and is forced to be in labour. Odessa gets arrested, an unfortunate decision by the court leads Odessa to a mental institution.
Odessa soon becomes a free woman and goes after Larry and Evelyn in a disguise. An event leads to another which makes Larry lose focus at the mall for Ana, their premature child who has grown into a beautiful young girl gets kidnapped.
Odessa lures Ana with a doll and chained her in a barn just like an animal. She has in a company, a dog who she imitates while growing up. She barks when she is in need of food, walks with all fours and eat and drink with her mouth.
Larry who is harshly blamed by his wife for losing focus were desperately searching for their child. The police were involved in the search but least did they know that their enemy, Odessa has escaped the mental home.
Years pass by and Ana is now a creature, her companion, the puppy is already dead and she is left alone in the barn. Some small boys stumble upon Ana, who they termed a monster.
In fear, the boys run and left a matches stick which they lighted as torch and it burnt the hut, leaving Ana no choice to flee from the maltreatment she suffers under the hands of the crazy Odessa.
She runs into the forest and stumbles upon Calvin who is in a camp. She later steals Calvin’s bag and Calvin who is perplexed to see the creature runs after her together with his friends till she falls off a cliff into some waters.
After learning from his friends that Ana is a feral person who might have grown in an isolation, he decides to rescue Anna.
Elsewhere, Evelyn met Claire, a girl who suffers abuse and becomes friend with her. She later finds out that Claire is adopted and her story meets that of Ana, her daughter. She decides to run a DNA test on her to confirm her suspicion.
Claire although exhibit stubbornness but grown fond of Evelyn and for the first time felt motherly l*ve. She quickly changes after stealing an expensive watch just to win the trust of Evelyn.
Meanwhile, the friends of Calvin reported the incident of the creature to the police, making it as if she is a wild beast who will devour their friend. Odessa is impatient wanting to meet Ana first before the police do, she did the unthinkable but Ana is already with Calvin as Odessa’s plan of killing Ana in prison failed.
Calvin decides to go to Manila with Ana. Her howling and barking makes him realise the need for him to help her. Realising she has grown fond of him and her life is also in danger, he promises to help her recover.
Odessa packs the things of her aunt ready to pursue Ana at Manila.
