Wildflower Episode 5 Ivy acquires a property from the Ardientes, Diego and Ivy find themselves in a compromising situation
Ivy went hunting and met Arnaldo who was also hunting. He knew that Ivy was a new person in Poblacion since he knew almost all the townspeople.
She was also on his property. He introduced himself to her. Ivy invited him to her place. She went to inform Nanny Carlota about meeting Arnaldo and was happy that her revenge would come to fruition.
Arnaldo made Madrigal secretly investigate Ivy and he realized that she was a real estate expert, with her multimillion conglomerate and might be in the town to look for properties, Arnaldo sent Ivy to sight seeing.
He showed her to many places, including clinics and the lands he would use for his Export processing Zone where bioenergy would take over for Poblacion to make money.
He then showed Ivy to the farm lands where they met Diego, his brother, Loring Pandoy and other farmers.
Diego was glad to know that the lady he gave his flowers to was called Ivy and she was Arnaldo’s guest. His nanny and Pandoy felt sorry for Diego.
Pandoy believed that if his brother was aware of the flowers he gave Ivy, he would be considerate. Diego believed he was wrong to have given the flowers to Ivy. He should have given it to Loring.
Ivy didn’t see anything special at the place to invest in. Arnaldo sent her to a place where he reserved for them since he did not want her to get bored.
As they went, Ivy saw a property she was interested in and Arnaldo promised to give it out to her. He wanted her to have a reason to return to the town after she didn’t find anything she would invest in.
He revealed to her that he knew she was a real estate developer and might be interested in that mansion that was the reason he reserved the place for their date, as he wanted to k¡ll two birds with one stone.
Ivy went home and told Nanny Carlota that the mansion Arnaldo had promised to give it to her was actually owned by their political rival who left
Arnaldo went to inform his mother but his mother was interested in that house. The Congressman, Julio was in support of Arnaldo that they had to make another stream of income by leasing that house to Ivy Aguas.
Julio was upset with Emilia for her consistent act of wasting money instead of her to think of the alternative for them to make money. Diego spotted Ivy in the mansion and went to inform his nanny.
Later, Ivy was invited to the mansion of the Ardientes. There, she met Emilia. Emilia told her that the property sh was eyeing the property she got from her son. Ivy asked why she allowed it to be given to her.
When Emilia said Arnaldo convinced her for the property to be given to her, Ivy claimed she admired people who accept defeat. Emilia indicated that she had never been defeated and Ivy retorted that then it was her first time to have been defeated.
Arnaldo showed up in the scene and led her to the dining hall where she met Julio. Julio wanted her to accept his grandson’s proposal already but she claimed she had to do her research before.
Julio admired her courage and moreover, she was beautiful. Raul couldn’t take his eyes off her. Ivy asked about Diego and Julio spoke ill of him and said he was weak unlike Arnaldo who took his strength and courage from him.
Unbeknownst, Diego heard it and vented his anger on the punching bag. Ivy was led by Arnaldo when she told him that she wanted to use the washroom.
Arnaldo showed her the way but she went to Diego’s room to find him holding a handkerchief that Lily tied his wound with when he was young.
Ivy could not stop staring. She apologized for making a mistake to get into his room as she was only looking for a restroom. She went to the restroom and when she came out, Diego quickly wore his top and ran after her.
He asked her if they had met before he gave her the flower the other time but Ivy denied. Ivy apologized for the comments Julio passed about him when she asked them about him.
