Naa Ashorkor in self isolation after testing positive for COVID-19
Queen of the airwaves, Naa Ashorkor, has tested positive for the novel Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) after feeling unwell on Thursday evening.
She announced this today on her Instagram page and said although she is feeling okay she was following the doctor’s direction while isolating at home.

“After not feeling “like myself”, on Thursday night,I did a Covid test and it came out positive.I am feeling okay, following doctor’s instructions and self isolating at home,” the actress said.
She cautioned Ghanaians to stick to the safety protocols, adding that the virus is real.

“The virus is real.Wear ur mask,Wash ur hands with soap under running water.Use an alcohol-based hand sanitiser,” Nana Ashorkor added.
The country has recorded a total of 47,232 cases of coronavirus, this takes the total number of active cases to 344.
So far, 46,578 have recovered while the death toll remains 310.

The ailment after its outbreak in the country has infected great personalities including politicians, health workers, workers of corporate entities, Footballers, journalists among others.
It has also sent many to their early graves and is still persisting in the country, recently international footballer Jordan Ayew, Cristiano Ronaldo among others have contracted the virus and are receiving treatment.
