Betrayal (Halik) Episode 64 Lino expresses jealousy in anguish
Lino left his phone on top of a television stand in his house. Jade came in to see Jacky calling Lino. She quickly cut the line and placed the phone down so Jacky called Barry instead and took the morning off.
At Dos Disenyos, Lino called Bogs to talk to him. Mauro through a mistake dropped something on Jacky’s dress, as she was cleaning it Chari called her for lunch and she said Mauro dropped something on her dress so she was in her condo.
Lino asked Bogs if he was close to Maggie and told Bogs that he did not want his sister to have a boyfriend or entertain suitors yet. He wanted her to remain focus and Bogs told Lino not to worry since Maggie was smart and would not enter any relationship if she was not ready.
He advised Bogs to take a cue from his experience in order for him not to get hurt. He asked him to inform him once his sister get a suitor.
Ken advised Jacky against getting Mauro a new care giver. He said she should allow him to suffer the consequences of his actions.
Chari wished Mauro would see the sacrifices Jacky was putting up to ensure his happiness.
Jacky got to his condo to find Yohan knocking on her door. Yohann said he had plans to see her often. He picked his bag and Jacky brought meaning to it.
She thought Yohann was there to stay with her so she confronted him, saying she was no cheap girl.
Yohann explained to her that she was on his way to capoeira classes and invited her over.
Yohann told his friend about Jacky and his plans of courting her. He said Jacky reminded him of his sister who got separated from her husband. He indicated that he understood Jacky and was willing to wait for her legal separation from her husband to be in a relationship with her.
At Dos Disenyos, Lino asked Barry about where Jacky was and he said she took the day off to be with Yohann.
Lino was not enthused. Jacky who got at the training field learnt the capoeira exercise from the basics. Jacky during the training fell and she said it was embarrassing while Yohann was worried about her safety.
She accepted to try again.Yohann helped her up. They watched eachother with admiration. Lino called Jacky but due to the noise at the training field she seemed not to hear.
She shouted “go Yohann” this got Lino pissed off as he realised Jacky’s concentration was on Yohann instead of the call. He hang up and Barry asked if he was okay and he said it looked like Jacky was having a blast.
Barry laughed at him, seeing Lino was getting jealous. Jacky seeing Yohann without a top was so happy and could not stop watching him.
Lino was upset and vent his anger on his workers. Barry approached him and he blamed Jacky for his messed up mind.
He said he could not focus and get anything done due to the absence of Jacky.
He said he had a client meeting and Jacky had not called to update him. He left to the client meeting to win his presentation come what may.
Meanwhile, Jacky and Yohann engaged in game and riddles. Yohann was glad that Jacky was smiling. Yohann teased Jacky that she acted like a monster the other night when she saw him with his training bag.
She told Yohann about her problems with her stepfather. She also decried how her greatest l*ve f**led her over and over again. She said she was the reminder of that pain that her mother cost Mauro. She cried and said sorry to Yohan. He helped her wipe her tears.
She later met her friends and told them about the fun she had with Yohann. She had a call, Ken and Chari could not believe how happy Jacky was and they said all thanks to Yohann.
Ken wished that Jacky would end up with Lino while Chari felt it was okay if both remained friends and Jacky goes along with Yohann.
In the house of the Bartolomes, Jade apologised to Maggie for making Lino scold her. Maggie also said sorry for her action the previous day and left Jade.
Lino was escorted by the client and engaged in pleasantries with them, to his dismay he found Ace who decided to irritate him by talking about Jade and congratulating him for getting back at a woman who someone else has had a taste of her.
Lino wanted to fight him but Aliyah got in the way to defend Ace. He warned Ace and Aliyah asked him to leave before she called the cops.
Lino asked her to rather call a doctor because he would break Ace’s face. He said Aliyah looked intelligent but was not good judge of character so if she got to know the real him, she might get involved in a scandal without her knowing.
Mauro was sitting quietly. Jacky got there and was informed by nanny that Mauro woke up looking sober.
Jade with her shameful looks approached Fe and Tat who were chopping vegetables to give her something to do.
Jacky told Mauro that she had arranged for a new caregiver and pleaded with him not to fight with the person.
As Jacky was leaving, he called her and asked her why she kept coming back irrespective of what he did. Jacky answered that Loida would have never given up on him if she was alive and that was the reason she was doing same.
She encouraged Mauro not to look depressed but should be strong and hope he would get better.
Jacky added that the Mauro Montefalco she knew was a fighter and never gave up.
Lino got to Dos Disenyos, and asked Barry where Jacky was and he said she took the morning off but Lino said it was 3:00pm.
Barry said Jacky was on her way coming. Jacky arrived and Lino questioned her where she was and she told him that she took the morning off and told Barry about it.
Barry interjected that he told Lino about it. Lino insisted that it was 3:00pm and she should have rather stayed home instead.
Jacky was puzzled by Lino’s action. Ace told Aliyah about the plans of expanding the project and she could be on top of it.
Ace realised that Aliyah was upset and looked cool. He told her that if it was what Lino said she should forget about it.
Aliyah said she was not st*p*d and knew what Catalino was talking about. She said she was there for revenge not to be victimised by anyone.
After looking upset she turned it as a joke when Ace looked scared. She said she was only joking with him. She said it was time to get Mauro on since he was sick.
Jacky approached Lino just to understand why he was getting mad at her. He said Jacky did not realise she was dating their client and Jacky reminded him of telling her she should give Yohan a chance but all of a sudden he seemed bothered.
Lino said it was not about her personal relationship with Yohann but how it could affect the business. He asked what if Yohann tried to court her and she turned him down. That he said could affect their business and would not sign the contract and back out.
Jacky asked if that was the only thing he was worried about and Lino retorted: was that not a cause for worry?
Jacky then turned to her documents and gave him the signed contract between Yohann, his father and Dos Disenyos.
“You have nothing to worry about!”
“Okay” Lino nodded.
“Also what makes you think I will turn Yohann down? ” Jacky walked out on him while he looked on.
