Brothers- Ang Probinsyano Episode 616 Alyana bids goodbye to Cardo as she dies, Lito threatens to k!ll Cardo, Padua implicates Cardo in yet another crime
Some officers of the Black ops told their boss De Vela to have himself treated but he was still not happy about the unsuccessful mission. He took consolation in the fact that he shõt Cardo multiple times which could have sent him to his grave.
However, Lia made him think of the possibility that Cardo might not be dead. He maintained that he k!lled him before he could run. Lia said what he did also affected a civilian. De Vela refused to admit that Alyana was a civilian. He said Alyana was part of them and he was sure both were deàd since he ensured they were shõt.

Lito screamed on his lackeys to fetch for the doctor. The doctor arrived and Roxanne helped him to put life support on Alyana. Alyana and Cardo met at a certain field holding hands. Alyana apologised to Cardo for everything, saying it was time for her to leave. Cardo urged her to keep fighting and also said sorry to her.
Alyana indicated that she løved him and it was sad that now the time had come for her to let go of him. Cardo insisted on leaving with her but Alyana said the world needed him to accomplish so many things, they hugged and she disappeared. Cardo watched around and screamed out her name. He wept bitterly.
The doctor kept using Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) technique to revive Alyana but her heart was still not palpitating. The doctor did fast chest compressions and realised Alyana was deàd. The Taskforce cried out , however, Cardo survived but was still unconscious. Lito could not contain his sorrows.
He also did fast chest compressions in an attempt to revive Alyana but all to no avail. He wailed and had his own plans. He covered Alyana up. Mr Ramon called Virgie to inform her about the tragic incident but he never knew Alyana was dead so he told Virgie that the doctor was still taking care of her and Cardo. Virgie said she was in a car coming and shed tears.
Jerome told Ramon that they should go and check on Alyana and Cardo. They went to discover that Alyana was deàd. In sadness Lito stormed out and çürsëd Cardo beneath his breath. He swore to make him as he blamed him for the death of Alyana. He wondered why Alyana kept choosing Cardo over him. He then told his guys to send her corpse away from the room.
Ramil and the rest told Delfin that they owed their lives to Lito because if he had not arrived with backup perhaps they wouldn’t have arrived home. Delfin thanked Lito and requested for his continuous support now that Alyana was no more. Lito promised to help them through it all.

While in his car going back to his station, De Vela recalled how Arturo went to see him at the office to give him the lead to find Cardo and to save his daughter Clarice. Arturo promised to promote him to the ranks of the Colonel if he was able to save his daughter from the hands of Cardo.
De Vela then informed his team and Loa brought the profiles of the entire Taskforce Agila and asked De Vela whether he was sure that the officers had kidnapped someone. De Vela wondered why Lia was questioning him and Lia said the officers had a clean record.
De Vela insisted that his source was right and prepared the ops for the task. Lito went home and he was so devastated about Alyana’s sudden demise. He destroyed things in his house and told his lackeys that Cardo and his group would pay for it.
As De Vela was thinking about his failed mission after his arm wound was dressed, Padua called him to ask about how it went. He recalled shøøting Cardo and ended up shooting Alyana. However, Cardo was already hit by many bullets before Alyana intervened and believed he was deàd. Padua asked for his daughter and the Major said he was unable to rescue his daughter since some survivors fled with Cardo’s body.
Padua got upset that he failed in his mission as they already made an agreement to promote him. De Vela assured to identify the location of Cardo to save his daughter. Padua said he failed him. He went to the palace and Lily confronted him about not informing him about the move he made by contacting the Black ops which implied that he did not trust her.

Arturo made it clear that he trusted her but wanted to have an alternative so that when Teddy’s own failed, he would have an ace up under his sleeves. Lily understood and she asked about the mission.
Arturo said the Black ops Major claimed he k!lled Cardo but his comrades fled with the body and also he couldn’t rescue his daughter. Lily termed the mission as a failed mission.
Arturo quickly rolled out another vicious plan to get the finance Minister’s daughter abducted and the blame was pinned on Cardo and his group. Lily called Mariano for an emergency meeting with the Finance Minister where the Minister got a call from Arturo’s henchmen that his daughter was abducted and Cardo was the one who instructed for the abduction.
He demanded for 100million ransom and after that he went to k!ll the girl in a bush. The Black ops was informed. Major De Vela was summoned to the president’s office in the palace and Mariano once again, pulled it off well. He requested for the head of Cardo for abducting the daughter of Secretary Morinho.
De Vela speak over the phone with Lia and she said they have received information about the Finance Minister’s daughter. De Vela after the call told the President and Morinho that he was sorry that they were late, his daughter was already shõt to deàth. He showed the picture of his deàd daughter to Morinho. Mariano ordered De Vela to get Cardo immediately.
Lia’s colleague asked Lia if she now believed that Cardo’s group was criminals but Lia still had her doubts. She said only investigation would make them know the actual truth. When they were left alone, Mariano asked Lily what was the k!lling of the finance Minister’s daughter about but Lily said it was none of his business.
He did an impressive job and that was what he should be doing not to be fishing out information. As De Vela swore to ensure Cardo was deàd to get to the higher ranks, Padua also wondered where Cardo has hidden his daughter.
