Can’t Buy Me Love Episode 10 Bingo discovers a truth about Balong, Ling exposes Irene’s connection with her kidnapper, Felix
The Mariano-Rivera family prepared for the day. They ate and Nene invited Caroline to join the family in attending the birthday of the Captain but Ling declined the invite since she was leaving.
Snoop arrived and saw his favourite food. After they ate, Bingo told the family that they were off to some place. Nene wondered who would drop off Ling but Ling said she could go by herself.
Bingo and Snoop arrived at the retired General’s house and met a certain woman. They told her that they were plumbers fixing leaked pipes. The woman brought them in so that she could talk to her boss.
Before she could do so, the owner of the mansion appeared and drove the plumbers away. However, Bingo recalled him as Mr. Balong and wanted to hug him.
The man did not recognize him and he told him that he was the one helping him in the market. Balong then recognized him and sent him inside to serve him and Snoop with juice.
For a moment, Bingo believed Snoop made a mistake with the address but Snoop was certain. Elsewhere, the celebration began and the people of Binondo met up at the location.
The goons also disguised themselves as clowns and they were able to fish out information when Bierna, Dara, Bougie and Koriks asked Nene and Monching about Ling and Bingo.
Nene was even surprised that Bingo was still not there but for Ling, she was leaving. The female goon alerted the supposed mute goon to go after Ling.
Balong narrated that his wife Patricia was working at the construction side when the building caved in and his wife was trapped in.
She diéd and the owner of the construction firm Wilson Tiu who the work was under his Golden Lotus Corporation gave him a harsh money which he built the mansion with it.
He was so hurt by the incident. He also revealed that Annie, the mother of Bingo also received some of the harsh money as she used to work for the GLC.
Balong then asked about how Bingo survived because he just disappeared from the market. Bingo told him that he was adopted and now they were plumbers.
Since they had other jobs doing, they left the place. Snoop wondered how Balong could be behind the kidnapping. Since he believed his wife diéd, the compensation was not enough to bring his wife back so they concluded he wanted revenge.
They got scared since Ling was all by herself. They rushed to search for her and went to the event center. Ling was also being tailed by the supposed mute. She realised it and was able to escape him.
She bumped into Pato, the woman who earlier gave her candies. Pato had something to tell her but she wanted them to talk privately so Ling gave her contact to Pato.
Bingo asked Monching and Nene about Ling and the old woman believed she might be in the house but Bingo said she was not there. Nene believed Ling was gone and Tin introduced his sponsor for the event.
Once Bingo saw his face, he wanted to leave with Snoop and he hinted Tin about the real person the sponsor was. Before he could leave, the goon called him back. Nene and the rest intervened, and the goons pulled their guns.
Bingo was able to escape with Snoop. He called Ling and she was in the car going home. Ling told him that she had already left and she was okay.
Bingo told her that her sister Irene might equally be in trouble with her involvement with Felix. Elsewhere, Pato realized Balong was taking his revenge on Caroline and even had her abducted.
She pleaded with him to stop. Balong was poised to move on with his plans. Felix had told his father that since Plan A had failed, he also had Plan B.
Balong told him to wait for his signal for Plan B. Ling arrived home and informed her father about finding her kidnapper on the phone of Irene. Cindy tried to stop her since she believed Ling was destroying her family.
Ling said the guy who kidnapped her was hanging out with Irene so if Irene was not responsible for that then she was equally in trouble. Wilson then apologised to Ling for not believing her at first.
Cindy made desperate calls to Irene but couldn’t reach her and she called Bettina demanding her to come home. Since the family couldn’t contact Irene, Ling said she had her way.
As Pato arrived with food stuff she went to buy, Felix received a call from Balong for Plan B. Irene was with Felix and she told him that she needed one million and wanted him to lend her that money.
Felix reminded her that she already owed him 2.5million. Since he had received the signal for Plan B, he agreed to lend her that money and sent her to a place where he had told her that they would meet the lender.
Stephen followed Ling and assured Wilson that he would protect Ling. Elsewhere, Bingo apologized to his neighbors for exposing them to danger. He quickly left.
Meanwhile, Ling informed Stephen that they should go to Binondo, where she had been staying to meet Bingo. As Irene and Felix arrived at the old abandoned building, Irene found it weird and thought Felix led her there because he had trust issues.
Balong cut a fish and as he saw blood, he recalled how his wife diéd at the construction site.
