Just in: An appeal court Justice dies after COVID-19 hit the judiciary

A Justice of the Court of Appeal, Justice Paul Gyaesayor has allegedly died shortly after complaining a ill-health yesterday.

The experienced Judge who was filing court case at work yesterday  started feeling unwell thus complained and left office to the house.

According to information from the Judicial Service he died shortly after he left the office to the house.

However, it has not been confirmed, if he died out of COVID-19.

His death comes after rumours surfacing that some judges have tested positive of COVID-19 and are currently in mandatory isolation.

Justice Paul K Gyaesayor was promoted to the Court of Appeal bench in 2008.
