Betrayal (Halik) Episode 10 Celso dies from harsh treatment of Monte Corp CEO
“Don’t make it a habit to finish work on the day of the deadline what if something goes wrong.”
Jade came to meet Dolor preparing breakfast. Dolor asked her to wait for breakfast and she said she was late.
Dolor told her that Lino also did not wait for breakfast and asked her to wait and eat something. She told her they had been working too hard lately and they could get sick from working too hard.
She said if Jade insisted she would be late she could take some of the food with her to work.
Lino and her were working hard these days so that they could pay for the loan they were going to take out from the bank.
Dolor was surprised to hear that they were going for a loan she asked her what the loan was for.
Jade explained that since Lino could not close the deal with the Indonesian and their savings were not enough to kick-start the construction of their new house they had to resort to loan.
Dolor said sorry to her, she indicated that she should not worry once the tailor’s shop was in operation and was able to gather enough money from it she would support them.
She gave her corned beef so that when she goes to work she could eat it with bread.
Maggie approached with a good tidings that she was part of applicants who were short listed for an interview.
Jade asked her if she could borrow her shoes for the interview, adding that those shoes were her lucky charm.
Maggie said she would be happy and after gaining the job she would ensure to support her in the house building.
Jacky made advances on Ace in order to have a memorable night with Ace but Ace said he was not in the mood for love making since he was tired for the day.
Ace in the next morning ran after Jade at her office. Jade told him to erase what happened between them from his memories since it meant nothing to her.
Ace insisted that there was nothing he could do since she was on his mind. Jade warned him of drawing closer to her, explaining that the k!$$ was a mistake and she l^ved her husband so much and would never cheat on him.
Jade told Ace that he also had a wife so he should concentrate on her since she knew he l^ved her. Ace went to inform his friend about it and he said he was glad that Jade was turning him away but Ace said they should wait and see for how long she would turn him away.
Lino met a client and he designed something special for him and his wife. He said he was sure Mr Del Cardo’s wife would l^ve the designs. Lino gained the design inspiration from Gustin’s sketch which he showed him when he was a young boy.
As the Monte Corp started working on the furniture to meet Indo Aesthetic deal and deadline, Mr Celso, an old employee who was designing the furniture said the design he was instructed to work on reminded him of Gustin’s design.
He said Gustin was the man who had a keen eye for designs like that. Jacky shivered as she knew Mauro’s secret would soon be revealed.
At the Monte Corp furniture, the workers were working so hard to deliver to Indo Aesthetic.
Mauro was on them asking them to get the work done as soon as possible. Mr Celso, stated that the deadline was on Friday and it was only Wednesday.

Mauro stressed that something could happen on the delivering date and was disappointed that Celso was not coming to terms with his work policy as he has worked there for his entire life.
He then made an announcement that they would have to finish early to avert any unforeseen circumstances for them to deliver to Agung without any challenges.
Jacky told Mauro not to worry and assured him that they would finish the work the next day.
As Mauro took a step to leave, Mr Celso asked permission to leave early to take care of his health. Mauro said he would have to work and leave early the next day.
Jacky intervened, saying Celso had been sick for the past days and they had to take him to hospital but Mauro was adamant. He said Jacky was gullible and it was the reason the workers were not delivering on time.
Mr Celso began to cough and fainted. The workers got scared and screamed for help for their colleague. Jacky ran to check him and she said they should take him to the hospital.
Fast forward, Dolor consoled Mercy for her lost. Lino came around and Dolor introduced him to her. She then asked the actual cause of Celso’s death and Mercy said Mauro was to be blamed since Celso asked to leave early to get himself examined but Mauro did not listen.
He made Celso worked, she described Mauro as a monster with no heart. She cried and Dolor comforted her.
Lino recalled what happened to his dad and Dolor’s fight with Mauro.
Fe said ever since they returned from Celso’s wake all the things Dolor talked about was Sir Mauro.
There was huge scandal and Mauro revealed to Dolor that if he was all that bad why would her son wanted to be in partnership with Monte Corp.
Dolor was upset that Lino wanted to work with Monte Corp after all Mauro did to Gustin. Dolor said Lino had dishonoured Gustin’s death and asked him why would he do such a thing.
Jacky confronted Mauro for revealing to Dolor that Lino wanted to work with them and he said he told Dolor the truth since Lino was a liar.
Jacky said before he could call Lino a liar Mauro should look into the mirror first. Mauro attacked her and said he had had enough.
Jacky told him to admit that Gustin’s death was not an accident and that he was the brain behind the death of Gustin. Mauro slapped her as Loida tried to stop him from attacking Jacky.
Loida dragged Jacky away to prevent further scandal. Mauro later met with Ace’s father and updated him on the issue.
He said the Bartolomeos had become a torn in his flesh and Ace’s father told him that he had allowed them.
Mauro with the help of Ace’s father made some goons vandalise Del Disanyo. They destroyed all the works of Lino. Lino was surprised to see that his shop had been raided. He was sure that Mauro did that against him.
