Barbie Imperial faces online bully over her stretch marks
Some netizens have descended heavily on Filipina actress Barbie Imperial for showcasing her stretch marks in a body revealing attire to the public.
Earlier this week, the 25 year old actress posted a series of photos on her Instagram account of her by the water, wearing a red-colored bikini from Sew Local.

“I could be your favourite girl forever,” the actress simply wrote in the post’s caption.
A number of fans raved over Barbie’s photos including Maloi from the P-Pop girl group BINI and basketball player Renzo Subido.
Host-beauty queen Samantha Bernardo commented “Nice smooth!” accompanied by a heart-eyes emoji while Mariel Rodriguez-Padilla called the actress a “real life Barbie [doll].”
One comment from a random Instagram user bearing no profile icon, however, read, “you also have stretch marks even though you haven’t given birth yet.”

Other users were quick to defend Barbie but the actress herself calmly replied “it’s normal” with a smiley emoticon.
More online users echoed Barbie’s response with some saying young women and even men could have stretch marks.
The original commenter did not seem to take it well as they began picking on others’ responses.
This was not the first time Barbie has responded to negative comments regarding her body.
In the past, she has dealt with them in a similarly calm manner.
Last two years, She wowed netizens as she proudly flaunted the stretch marks on her chest, saying it is normal.
“Ya I know, it’s normal,” she captioned her photos.
In the comment section, Imperial received numerous positive comments with some saying she looked beautiful with her stretch marks.
The actress from “Pinoy Big Brother” fame and former Girltrends member is best known for appearances in “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano,” “Bagong Umaga,” “Oh, Mando!,” “Mang Kepweng: Ang Lihim ng Bandanang Itim,” “I Love Lizzy,” “3 Day 2 Nights in Poblacion,” and several episodes of “Maalaala Mo Kaya” and “Ipaglaban Mo!”
