Betrayal (Halik) Episode 81 Aliyah sabotages Jacky’s production
At the house of the Bartolomes in the evening, Lino descended down the stairs and texted Jacky. She called him and they engaged in trivial chat.
She asked Lino if he was taking care of himself after devoting all his time to CJ and Jade.
Barry and Attorney Ken went to a restaurant to eat. Ken asked Barry whether he saw the Instagram post of Jade. Jade posted the pictures she took without the notice of Lino on IG.
Ken said Jade was behaving like she and Lino were perfect couple. He asked Barry the actual score between Lino and Jade and Barry said there was nothing going on between them just that Jade was forcing herself on Lino.
Ken believed Jade was taking advantage of Lino due to his kind nature and suggested that Lino should keep his relationship with Jade civil to avoid any future issue.
Ace contracted a goon to keep following Lino to spy on every movement of his, and whether he meets with Jacky.
At Dos Disenyos as Lino got to work, Barry left for a business meeting, leaving Lino and Baste. Lino engaged in a private conversation with Baste.
Lino still did not trust Mauro being completely new person, he was scared for Jacky. Baste said is hunch was right because what Paeng and Mauro were into she doubted Mauro’s intentions and said Jacky had to get her back covered and should not trust Mauro that easily.
Paeng charged Ace to find more about his new flame, Aliyah as Mauro told him that she was related to one Manuel Vegafria.
Ace told his father not to believe Mauro, Paeng said Mauro believed Aliyah was at Montecorp to destroy him since Mauro swindled her father. Ace knew Aliyah was only there to exact revenge on Mauro.
Paeng believed Aliyah was up to something bigger aside her revenge on Mauro. Ace assured to dig deeper to find the true intentions of Aliyah.
Jacky spoke to Mauro and he charged Jacky to be very careful about Aliyah since she was trying to hide her identity. Mauro seemed so bothered by Aliyah and Jacky wondered why Mauro was bent on knowing more about Aliyah.
Jacky later met up with some staff concerning the designs she was bringing on board for the new product line. Aliyah came in and took the sketch of the designs and said she had seen the designs before. She asked where Jacky copied the designs from. To her the designs were not beautiful
Jacky told her that it was incredible that she was the only one who had seen that the designs already existed. She made it clear that she trusted her staff.
Jacky added that Aliyah did not have compassion so she was not expecting her to have eyes for beauty. She threw another challenge that she should send it to an exhibit.
Jacky informed Yohan about the trash Aliyah told her and he said she should not have accepted the challenge since Aliyah had set a trap for her, knowing Jacky would fail.
Jacky was upset that Yohan implied that she would fail and Aliyah would win. She walked out on him and he followed her, trying to make her understand.
They bumped into Gio on their way to the workshop. Gio tried stopping Jacky but she was too irritated that she did not mind anyone.
Ace saw the two fighting and threw Yohan and Jacky out to find a decent place to resolve their issue. Jacky sent Yohan out and was upset that Ace even saw that they were fighting and believed he would have something against her.
Yohan said what did she care about Ace. Jacky did not believe Yohan was getting jealous about Ace too. They had been fighting lately and Jacky felt that Yohan was suffocating her.
Yohan pleaded for his actions and said if Jacky felt that he was suffocating her then he would give her the space. Jade called Lino to find out about the time Lino would get home.
Lino assured her that he would get home before CJ falls asleep. Jade said she would prepare something special for Lino and said she would add more vegetables. Lino was happy to hear that Jade who did not like vegetables was now going to eat more of it just to ensure CJ was healthy.
Barry and Ken met again and told Ken that he believed Lino was falling for Jade. Ken was surprised, Barry said he wanted Lino and Jade sought out their issues but getting back would be an omen.
Ken said Jacky and Yohan’s relationship was hitting the rock as Yohan was feeling insecure about Lino. Yohan met with a friend who was a lawyer to fast track Jacky’s marriage annulment.
His friend was surprised to see Yohan impatience and he asked Yohan to relax. Yohan was scared to lose Jacky to someone else. He was willing to give anything to ensure Jacky and Ace get separated.
Barry called Lino to inform him that he stands a chance with Jacky as Yohan and her relationship was rocky.
Lino met Jacky and he wanted Jacky to voice out her problem to him. Jacky told Lino about her problems she was facing at work but Lino was expecting her to talk about Yohan instead.
He asked Jacky about other problems she was facing and she did not understand Lino. Lino then told her to talk to him when she faced any challenge. He held her hand and caressed it, Ace spy who was there took pictures and sent them to Ace.
Ace felt sad that his hunch about Jacky having an affair with Lino was right. He pledged to destroy both if them and everyone she l’ved.
Jacky went to her condo to find Yohan there. He said sorry for his earlier attitude and Yohan lamented that he felt unimportant since Jacky always ran to someone else to talk to the person about her problems.
He cried that it was like he was the only person who cared about the relationship. Jacky felt sad that Yohan did not notice the happiness he brought into her life after her failed marriage.
She said Yohan brought happiness into her life. She swore to do everything she could to make him feel how important he was to her but if he did not believe then he could do whatever he wanted. He said sorry to her for acting insecure and pleaded for another chance.
Jacky informed her friends about her rocky relationship and Chari believed Yohan was right due to how Lino and Jacky’s relationship were.
Ken indicated that Yohan was fighting because the heart of Jacky belonged to Lino but she denied.
Lino was cleaning his motorcycle when Jade shouted his name and that if Dolor. Lino thought something bad had happened but he went to find out that the baby was licking her milk.
Dolor stated that she had always advised her to wait and now that was the result. Jade promised to wait and would never give up on her l*ved once since she was a fighter.
Lino saw what she was implying so he left to clean his motor. Aliyah went to the workshop, demanding the workers to give her Jacky’s designs.
Meanwhile, Jacky showed her designs to Mauro and he was happy with it. Jacky said she earlier showed Mauro a similar designs but Mauro said she should not fix what was not broken.
Mauro said that was his pride talking and if he had listen to Jacky things would not have been that way. He was convinced that Jacky would be the one to save Montecorp and clean the family’s name.
He was also confident that Jacky would win the challenge against Aliyah. She hugged Mauro. Aliyah told one of the staff to destroy the works of Jacky for a reward.
She told the staff that he should be mute at it. Ace eavesdropped and told her he never knew she could be that dirty. Ace said she knew she was there for revenge but she never told him why she wanted that revenge.
Aliyah then revealed that Mauro ruined her family and she was there to ruin him and Jacky. Ace then asked why she allowed Mauro and Jacky back into Montecorp.
Aliyah said she wanted them to see their failure and give up on their own as well as making Mauro realised that she was not his equal but had surpassed him.
Jacky went to the workshop to find out that the machine had broken down after they went on break. She realised that Aliyah had sabotaged her production so she went to confront her and said she checked the machine herself the other night and there was nothing wrong with it.
Aliyah refereed to the machine as a piece of junk which got Jacky irritated and wanted to attack her. Ace got in the way and told Jacky to stop accusing Aliyah since she did not have evidence of her claims.
Jacky threatened to fight them if they wanted to sabotage her work in order for her not to make it for the exhibition the following week. There were other machines, but it was off limit but Jacky was not ready to give up.
