Brothers- Ang Probinsyano Episode 18 Diego blackmails Toma’s family
Tomas consoled Cardo and introduced his wife to Cardo. Verna said his brother was the best friend to her son Joaquin.
Tomas said the lost of his brother was a great blow to the entire police force. Junior thanked Cardo for nabbing his father’s murderers and also for being his father even for a short time.
Carmen came for Junior and sent him away. Joaquin’s colleagues were scared that Cardo would dig out the hidden truth about his brother’s demise but Joaquin indicated that the country guy would not be able to find anything since the truth has been buried and urged his friends not to mention the issue again.
Diego talked on Phone with Verna that he would lose his cool and inform the police about Joaquin’s involvement with the death of Ador.
Verna who felt threatened promised to get him out of prison.
Cardo later went for Onyok and sent him to Flora. Glen and her family were sad that Onyok was finally leaving them. Lolit, Glen’s mother told Onyok to behave at his new grandmother’s house.
Glen said she would miss him and Onyok also said he would miss her too. Onyok was quite happy to have a grandmother. Flora welcomed him to his house and Onyok said so she was happy about his stay and she said yes since that meant that she had two great grand sons. Cardo promised to send Flora to Potoland.
In prison, Diego’s friend, Lawrence said Cardo has really outsmarted them for making them believe that he was Ador but Diego said it was his fault since he made him believe that he killed Ador.
His friend said they would rather rot in jail as Joaquin’s family did not care about them but Diego said it would not be his fate.
He explained that he was different and he would escape from there.
Carmen went for Junior and her things from Ador’s house. Lola did not want her to leave due to Junior, she asked if there was nothing she could do to make her stay but she said nothing could make her stay.
Carmen said she would like to give Junior brighter future, explaining that, that was why she was getting out of the house permanently.
In Botolan, Cardo and the family had mass dinner and all of the neighbours and loved ones ate as much as they could.
Lola Flora asked Onyok to take time but his foster dad said whenever they have a mass dinner Onyok eats like that just like his idol Cardo. Cardo said the mass eating enabled them to eat like d^gs and each eat to their satisfaction.
Onyok and the people kept eating their boiled maize. Onyok foster mother told Lola Flora that she never knew Cardo had a twin brother.
Flora explained that Ador’s character was like Cardo they were happy but since Cardo passed through a lots when he parted ways with his brother he has slightly changed.
Carmen’s mother asked Carmen why she still refrained Junior from visiting Flora and said she and her father could escort Junior to see his grandmother but Carmen said she would not allow that to happen.
In Botolan, they cheered for Cardo’s new life and prayed for longer life for Cardo. The foster father of Cardo told Cardo about the goons who kept bothering them.
Cardo together with Benny trapped some bad goons and disciplined them for stealing.
Fast forward, Junior told Carmen that he wanted to see Flora and Cardo but Carmen said she would not allow him to meet them.
During dinner, Junior failed to eat since Carmen did not allow him to go and meet Flora.
After knowing that Diego was demanding money and protection from his wife, Tomas made some inmates thought Diego a lesson.
Flora thanked Botolan people for taking care of Cardo and for treating him as their own. She said they could get to her house when they visited Manila. The people of Botolan indicated that they were rather indebted to Cardo since he protected them against various syndicates. They then left.
Joaquin as eating together with Carmen and Junior was informed that the donations were ready.
Joaquin explained to Carmen when he was free he carry out a charity project by his mother and would soon go and donate.
Diego was beaten and was injured, when he returned after being treated he asked the other inmates about who stabbed him but his friends said it was of no use. He gave him a picture and told him that it was a picture of his family and he was also given same so if he was he wouldn’t rise against Tomas.
As Cardo was driving to Manila, Delfin called him that there was a commotion at the station Cardo believed that there were some unscrupulous beings behind that. He promised to find that out.
Verna came in with a newspaper and asked Tomas if that was the way he was going to solve the problem by causing a riot.
“We had to teach Diego a good lesson for him to know who his real boss is,” Tomas explained.
With Yolly and her husband Erma, Onyok informed them about how Cardo kicked some goons.
Fast forward, a friend of Cardo asked whether he would be the legal father of Onyok and he said yes once he was able to complete the necessary legal documents.
He called Onyok to come and eat, Benny got there and asked if he could change but Cardo said no he would go alone. Onyok asked what it was about and Benny said he was Cardo’s partner but Onyok said he was the only partner of Cardo.
Flora got in and Onyok told her that Benny wanted to take away his partner and Cardo said his mission “this time” around was dangerous so Onyok could not be his partner.
He gave him another partner which was Flora Map. At Flora’s office some men were fighting over money. Onyok got there and blew the whistle. Flora made them make up and told the one owing the other to pay and asked the other to wait and not demand his money in such a manner. They then reached a consensus.
Cardo visited Diego, the later told him that he got him since he was Cardo not Ador. He asked Cardo what he wanted and Cardo said he visited to check if he was still alive.
He told him to call him the day there would be riot since he would stab him to silence him forever but Diego asked whether he was not happy that he was already behind bars.
Cardo threatened to make him pay for every single tear that he has made Ador’s family shed. He said he would make him pay harshly for killing Ador. He then attacked him and the guard there stopped him from harming the suspect.
