Teddy came to inform his wife that he had already told Delfin that they could pack out. Virgie asked if it was that instant. Teddy said he would have to allow Diana and the rest to take their time to pack their things.
Ramon felt so sorry for the former Taskforce and told the couple that those people had no where to go. Lito spoke with Ramil privately to tell him that he did the right thing for k!lling Salvador because he would have done the same.
He told Ramil that he knew one day one of his lackeys would betray him and Ramil said he could count on him to k!ll for him. He told him that he would replace Salvador and would not tell Hipolito about him but in the future and give him reasons.
Lia seeing Cardo asleep escaped through the window and he jumped off from a building and she broke her leg. As she was panting on the ground, the couple arrived and saw the stranger and mistook her for a thief. Lia showed them her badge. She told them that there was a criminal who wanted to k!ll her and ask for the woman’s help.
The woman and the person she was walking with sent her to a room where her husband was and the cop introduced herself as Natalia Mantey and the man already knew her because he had seen her pictures in the newspapers and he was aware that she was part of the Black Ops.
She admitted and said someone wanted to k!ll her and had to call her office. The woman told her husband to give her his phone. The man hesitated as he deemed her act as a plot. Lia urged him to believe her. She took his phone and called the office and reported that she was held hostage by the wanted criminal, Cardo Dalisay. She also gave the location.
The man was surprised that his idol Ricardo Dalisay was the one she was describing as a criminal. He denied that Cardo was a criminal but Lia said he was. Cardo woke up and did not see Lia. He reached out for his gün and began to search for Lia. He heard the dogs barking.
Cardo located the couple and they began to beg for their lives. Cardo asked them about Lia and they said they have not seen her. He searched everywhere and heard a sound outside. He realised it was Lia and chased after her. The couple also followed them as Lia hit the plantation but due to her injured leg, she couldn’t run any further.
Lito met up with Hipolito and they went to transact a business. Hipolito remained in a car since he did not want to be seen. He made Jacob go with Lito to do the transaction and in a plan, he made Jacob record everything while Lito was talking to the clients. The client asked Lito if he k!lled Mr Chin. Hipolito now concluded that he was right when he thought that Lito k!lled his associates to take over the territory.
Mr Selhun was very scared for his life and Jacob also heightened his fears. After the transaction, they went home and Hipolito wondered why Lito would waste time to follow a small transaction like that. Lara asked what they should do and Hipolito assured to use his connections in the palace to expand their business.
Lara feared the office of the presidency wouldn’t tolerate that. Hipolito said he was now the right hand man of Oscar and he couldn’t do anything without him. Unbeknownst, Ramil was eavesdropping, when Hipolito left, he told Lito that Hipolito was littling him and wondered why Lito did not pick an offence in that.
Lito explained that sometimes one had to mellow to get what he wanted. He made it clear that he needed Hipolito at the moment and when he had gotten everything he wanted, he would rise up against Hipolito. Cardo held Lia and sent her to a room and threatened to blow her brains off, if she tried to escape.
Lia urged him on and told him he was a criminal. The husband asked Cardo why he was so upset with the poor defenseless girl and he explained that Lia k!lled his wife. Lia said it was not true, his wife was caught in the crossfire and if there was anyone to be blamed then it was Cardo himself.
Cardo said he would avenge his wife and would start off with Lia. The couple begged Cardo and asked him not to add up to his crimes, otherwise he would complicate the issue. The wife told Cardo that Lia hurt her leg and she needed to be treated and Cardo went on with his threats. The couple treated her leg.
Meanwhile, the former Taskforce faced trouble in their search for Cardo. Padua met up with Albert to tell him about his grievances and their inability to apprehend Cardo. He travelled and at the moment they had still not captured Cardo. Albert urged his group to tail the Taskforce.
As Padua was heading to the palace, Albert called him up to inform him that his group was chasing after some cars belonging to the Taskforce. Padua was still not happy, he wanted them to k!ll all of them and leave only one and torture him. Albert copied that.
Padua spoke with Lily and Lily wanted him to allow the black ops to do their work. She told him about Renato gaining his freedom and they now had to work together to stop Renato for gaining full control over the palace. Lily later overheard Arturo speaking to Ellen concerning his restless night’s of his inability to capture Cardo.
He was now poised on gaining justice for the death of Clarice. Lily was glad that she k!lled Clarice since she was not ready to lose a loyal ally like Padua especially, now that Renato was on her tail.
As the black ops were chasing the Taskforce, they began to shōõt so the comrades of Cardo were also forced to shōõt. They decided to split to give the black ops tough time in catching them as sticking together would make them be apprehended so easily.
The black ops didn’t give up and Ponce was hellbent on saving Lia. He crossed Greco and Greco had to hit him and ran through the other checkpoint, leading to the death of Ponce. Ponce before breathing his last breath made Alcantara promise to save Lia no matter what and he should tell her that he lõved her.
Ponce diëd and Albert who was in the company of Andrea were also trailing Basco’s group. As Albert was driving, Andrea was the one shooting the Taskforce and Basco shot her multiple times and Albert had to hold her and told her to hang on as he would send her to the hospital.
She said it was too late but when he was able to save Lia, he should ask for forgiveness on her behalf. She equally died and Albert received a call from Alcantara concerning the deàth of Ponce. He was left heartbroken and he stood at the centre of the streets to scream out Dalisay’s name in anguish.
