Cardo’s group came across a market and some of the members took a glimpse of the things there and they even saw a local knife and were impressed by how it was designed.
Grandpa Delfin called them along and as they were walking they came across a room for rent. Delfin told Diana and Roxanne to find the owners and they did. The caretaker called Miss Lous said the owners of the building were abroad and she was in charge.
She sent Diana and Roxanne in and they claimed they came from the next town and had a job there so they would stay there in order to be closer to their job. They also lied to the woman that they would stay alone. The woman even saw that the room was bigger to contain only two of them and asked if they had furniture.
Roxanne and Diana said they did not bring along their furniture. Fortunately, the place was already furnished and Miss Louse told them to take care of the furniture. They agreed to pay 20 pesos till they received their salary.
The group pretended that they were not part of the two ladies. Miss Louse asked of her new tenant’s names and Diana and Roxanne claimed their names were Grace and Marlou. As the woman left, Cardo and the group followed Diana and Roxanne to the room.
He addressed the group that they lie low at the moment but would strike Albert for k!ll!ng his wife. The group did not agree with his decision. His own right hand man, Ramil talked against it, reminding him that their recent attack on the Black Ops had made the group be on high alert.

Don Ignacio called for extra security for the event so his assistant said she would assign PSG security to the place. Mara called Armando to confirm to him that Don Ignacio was holding an event the following day and the first lady was gracing it.
Armando after the call was glad as he would finally get the revenge he had been yearning for all those years. He recalled the days when he and a group of farmers were at that farm land at that time Mara was very young and seemed quiet and soft. She dreamt big while working in her parents’ piece of farmland.
However, when she told the family about her dreams of touring around the world her mother rebuked her. One farmer had good news for the group, his wife was pregnant and they celebrated.
However, their happiness was short-lived since their mood quickly turned when Arturo arrived to inform them that their farm land had been sold by Don Iñigo to Don Ignacio for developmental projects like building factories.
The group of farmers protested against their eviction since Don Iñigo was not the actual owner of the land but a conjugal property of their forefathers. Arturo used his legal background to evict them which led Armando to be fueled with vengeance against Don Ignacio.
Since the farmers were unwilling to take the monetary compensation to leave the land, Arturo resolved into violence. He hired a group of gün men to k!ll the farmers. Armando, his wife, Mara and a few farmers got away after the surprise attack launched on them.
Armando lost his wife’s father. The farmers who survived were not despair, they planned their revenge on Don Iñigo and in the series of attack, they managed to k!ll Don Iñigo to reclaim his push mansion.
Armando had also trained his daughter Mara to become an assassin. He became a great assassin that many called on him to k!ll for them but he mostly used Mara to do his dirty job. After he recalled how his life had evolved, Armando sat down with Samuel, Lucas and the entire group to plan how they would k!ll Don Ignacio.
They were also planning to k!ll Arturo Padua but wanted to finish off Don Guillermo first. Now that their spy, Mara had given them the needed information through the phone call, they were having second thoughts about their plans due to the presence of the First Lady Lily Hidalgo.
The group felt that things would not go as planned, noting that the security would be tight. They would not only fight Don Guillermo’s security but Lily’s security as well. Armando stood on his grounds that they would deliver the job the following day as planned.
As the Taskforce were eating, the caretaker came to knock and the group quickly hid, leaving Diana and Roxanne to meet Miss Louse. The group shivered that the woman might have come with the police. Cardo advised them to remain calm and if Miss Louse did that they would have no choice than to fight back.
The woman only came with rice cake for her new tenants and left. Diana and Roxanne went to call the rest as there was no call for alarm.
The group decided to have some snacks and Cardo remained inside the room. He thought:
“Now that I know that you’re the one who really k!lled Alyana, I will do everything in my power just to find you Albert De Vela.”
“You eluded me in the past but I will make sure, the next time you and I meet that doesn’t happen again.”
“And after your death, I am coming for you Lito Valmoria!”
“You’re next on my lists, you will pay for all the atrocities you’ve done to me.”
“I’ll slaughter you like you’re a helpless animal up to the creek.
“I will take you down one by one so you people should better find a place to hide,” Cardo threatened.
