Elections 2020:Stop prophesying doom to gain political favour— Apostle Gyebi to nation prophets

The Head Pastor of House of Jacob Church, Apostle Attah K Gyebi has called on prophets in the country to desist from prophesying doom to gain favour and attention from the public.

According to him, prophesying to gain favour from politicians is a derailment from the true work of God.

Speaking during service, Apostle Gyebi urged those nation Prophets to use their Prophetic gift to win souls for God, not favour from specific individuals.

He expressed disappointment in some men of God who were jabbing and insulting eachother in the name of Prophetic prediction about the December 7 polls.

“As a pastor or a prophet you have to gear all your works towards soul winning and preaching Christ to the people not to engage in feud and malice. You have to train others to preach to the world and expand the work of God to gain souls for the kingdom of God,” Apostle Gyebi added.

He indicated that they had the gift to help the country not to cause division and chaos.

Apostle Gyebi said the country has reached a stage where it needed togetherness and fervent prayers to ensure peaceful elections.

“We need to pray against any chaos or killing. We need to also pray against death of some key personalities in Kumasi who there is evil plot to kill them five days to the election,” he admonished.

He noted that this year’s elections would be one of the peaceful elections ever experienced in the country and called on Ghanaians to vote for party with good policies which they think would speed up the developmental agenda of the country.
