Brothers- Ang Probinsyano Episode 59 Joaquin blackmails Carmen to accept his Marriage proposal

“I thought you’d be dropping by to collect your commission. I thought I was your boss. Where are you now? Are you guys drinking again? Easy on the alcohol, Fernan. Your liver might be messed up. You might end up needing a transplant.”

Verna and Rachel pay a visit to Joaquin to try to woo him into going home with them. Meanwhile, the Guzmans are trying to figure out whether Carmen is in the right sense of mind for agreeing to court Joaquin.

Concurrently, Verna is determined to be an exclusive watchdog in order to keep her son and family’s secret safe from Carmen.

Feeling all ashamed, Carmen goes to see Cardo and the family, taking along Junior and her puppet master, Joaquin.

The purpose of their visit is to announce their marriage. The miserable “crook-cop” plays nice with everyone and after taking Carmen and Junior home, he vows to cut any connections they have with Cardo’s family.

Glen informs her family of her decision to remain in the force. Meanwhile, Delfin, Carreon, Cardo and Joaquin discuss the adventures of the organ trade syndicate and the black market.

While Tomas is very upset with Fernan for trying to mess up his lucrative kidnapping business, Delfin is hellbent on putting an end to “those ruthless criminals”.

Cardo suggests that they start investigating the hospitals and get a list of those in need of organ donors. Carreon is certain that the parents of the kids in need of organ transplant reach out to the crime bosses.

Fernan charges his lackeys to be discreet about his side job lest Tomas finds out that he’s been “stealing” some of the “stolen” kids from him.

While Joaquin is confident that his family has no hand in the heinous acts, Verna goes to see Carmen and apologises for firing her from her job at the hospital.

She then rambles that she is the best woman for Joaquin.

Joaquin takes Carmen out, there he proposes marriage right at the spot.

“I’m not yet ready,” Carmen wails. “Please don’t rush me.”

Joaquin looks like he’s been slapped on the face. After failing to convince his object of obsession to reconsider her decision, Joaquin emotionally blackmails Carmen into giving in to his demands by faking a suicide attempt. Everything else that follows is too much to handle.

The next morning, Joaquin announces proudly to the Guzmans that he’s successfully played and engaged to their daughter. Edgar looks like he wants to vomit.

On Tomas’ orders, Fernan executes two of the goons the police are hunting in connection to the kidnapping at the mall.

He later has a call from a doctor whom he’s been “stealing” the “stolen” kids for.

“I thought you’d be dropping by to collect your commission.”

“Maybe tomorrow,” Fernan says. “The boss has a task for me.”

“Is that so? I thought I was your boss,” the doc counters.

“Oh, yes. Sorry.”

“Don’t you ever forget that. Where are you now?”

“I’m just taking a break, boss.”

“Are you guys drinking again? Easy on the alcohol, Fernan. Your liver might be messed up. You might end up needing a transplant.” The camera focuses on the doctor and who do we have? Eric Quizon.

He’s Dr Ivan Gomez, and he’s the sick, psycho doctor. A flashback shows how he had helped Fernan in the past.
