Bela Padilla reports some media outlets over fake news

Bela Padilla has cautioned fans against some media outlets spreading news that she is married to her Swiss boyfriend Norman Bay and termed such reports as fake.

She then entreated her fans to discard the reportage and report the media spreading false reports about her.

Bela expressed her disappointment about those reports that were popping up about her supposed marriage on her X (formerly Twitter) on Sunday, June 16.

She attached a video from the YouTube channel Celebrity News PH which showed a photo of her clad in a wedding gown and veil while claiming the couple already wed.

“Can we all please report this account that keeps spreading fake news? That clickbait photo is from a teleserye scene,” she added.

Bela made it clear that she was not married and underscored  an urgent need for the account to be reported.

“Not married. Stop congratulating me guys,” she added.

Likewise in her Instagram Story, the actress called out the platform for posting “clickbait videos” while reminding her followers to “save the congratulations for another day.”

“Nothing to ruin your day like getting congratulatory messages from your people you know cause a YouTube account keeps posting click bait videos that you got married. Not married, yet, guys. Save the congratulations for another day,” she said.

Bela and Bay, who celebrated their fourth anniversary in February, first met in St. Gallen, Switzerland where the actress was filming for the 2018 film “Meet Me in St. Gallen.”

The actress confirmed her relationship with Bay in October 2020, although it remains unknown how their romance started.
