Betrayal (Halik) Highlights Episode 21-25
Jacky makes another attempt to find her biological father. However, she finds herself disappointed once again after visiting his supposed address in Quezon.
Unbeknownst to her, Jacky’s furtive activities have reached Mauro. Meanwhile, Lino asks for Tet’s help in reaching out to Jade.
Tet, in turn, talks with Jade about the later’s marital problem. Jacky is overjoyed after finally meeting her biological father.
However, their reunion turns sour when Robert suddenly pushes her away. Meanwhile, Jade becomes enraged with Tet upon thinking that her friend is siding with Lino.
Marissa then invites Jade to go out with her. Later chances upon Jacky, leading to an altercation between the two.
Jade rants to Ace about her unpleasant encounter with Jacky. Jacky, on the other hand, tells her side of the story to Lino.
This compels Lino to confront Jade, who is adamant with her belief that he is having an affair with his former girlfriend.
Ace opts to ignore his wife’s waterworks following her misfortunes. Instead, he finds time to pay Jade a visit,trying to rekindle something that should never have happened in the first place.
Finding himself in a pickle between Jade and Jacky’s feud, Lino resorts to burn himself out. He, later, learns about Dolor’s earnest efforts to help Jacky reconnect with her biological father.
However, Dolor’s attempts prove futile when Robert refuses to show up at his usual spot. Unknown to Jacky, someone within her circle is using him as a ploy for revenge.
Ace, meanwhile, comes up with a crafty plan to resume his clandestine meetings with Jade.
Gutted over the fact that Jacky is disowned by her real father, Lino resolves to look for Robert.
As it turns out, Lino’s unwarranted visit leads him to a startling discovery. He then reveals the painful truth to Jacky.
Not too eager to face the harsh reality, the infuriated woman blows off some steam to Ace. Consumed by guilt, Jade, meanwhile, turns down Ace’s trusting call.
Bent on knowing the truth behind Lino’s earth shattering exposé, Jacky arranges a private tête-à-tête with Ben.
Nonetheless, it was only a matter of time before she realises that meeting Ben is far from possible. Surmising that it was Mauro who foiled her plan, Jacky confronts her stepfather.
Unbeknownst to her, Mauro succeeds in covering up his tracks. Meanwhile, Jade makes a life-changing decision that might affect her marriage.
Lino attempts to fix his marriage with Jade once again. Unfortunately for him, Jade is already sick and tired of his desperate efforts.
This resolves her to confront Lino with a heart-shattering decision. Ace, meanwhile, finds himself humiliated while trying to close an important business deal. Fortunately, he finds a hero in Jacky.
