Fidel, the notorious criminal was not ready to back down till he smashed the couple, Elmo and Yolly to disclose the location of Cardo.
Carreon warned him that he might run out of luck this time as the couple might be heavily guarded after the failed operation.
Daniel realised Cardo has made it into the news again and reminded Chairman that Cardo might be a problem but Ramil assured Cardo would never betray them.
Cardo appeared in the scene and the chairman who liked Cardo promised to handle the problem, reassuring him that everyone in the syndicate group was family.
Paco’s ex scoundrel friends were in their ghetto making plans to trap Dalisay.
“Hay what’s up Dalisay was here yesterday”
“What a waste!”
“That is a million that turned into stone.”
“Never mind, let’s keep our eyes wide open that when he returns he won’t slip away again and not lose the one million again.”
Romano was leaving to Manila and left his queen in the hands of Cardo, giving him instructions on how to care for her.
The eye contacts both Cardo and the trump shared alerted Arwin who prompted his brother that he was also there, smelling a mischief between the trump and the fugitive body guard.
Alyana spoke over the phone with her family to ask them to be cautious as they might be the next target for the scumbags who were haunting for Cardo’s location.
“Guys you can leave me here

“Cardo you stay there I will talk to you,” The trump ordered. As everyone left she quickly ran and smile to hug Cardo.
“Baby boy welcome back I miss you so much.”
“Mom some people might see us.”
“Hey… relax!”
“Mom don’t ever make a mistake of going to our place again.”
Cardo was scared that what the trump was doing would make them be caught.
“Next time I can go to the beach where I can have a sunbathe.”
“Well there will be no next time.”
“With the money that Romano has been given me,
I can buy the whole Island so that we can spend time together.”
“I am not playing games with you,” Cardo hissed, swerving her touches.
“I am not playing games either,” the trump declared her intentions.
“I can buy anything I want!”
“I hope a time will come and I may be able to buy your l*ve as well.”
As the saying goes, the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach. The trump changed tactics to set good impression in Cardo’s mind. She cooked and displayed them on the dinning table but the backstabber, Arwin appeared from no where to check if he could also have access to the trump’s body now that his brother was not around.
The trump kept giving him attitude. Arwin tried to take a bite but she hit his hand and said the food was for a guest she was expecting.
“My brother had barely left and you already entertaining someone?”
“Hey Isabel you better not to be two timing my brother.”
After not making their plans obvious for their once upon a time friend, Paco to see and snitched on them. The scoundrels were still guarding the premise of Amado just to lay hands on the fugitive for the bounty.
At the mansion, Isabel noticed the presence of Cardo and called him over to the dinning table. She forked one of the meet and started to feed Cardo. Cardo admitted the food was tasty. The trump was glad, she took off her apron and turned around, just like a celeb showing a 360 wear on a red carpet.
“Baby boy haven’t you noticed my outfit?”
“Is it not what you told me… you like a woman who is kind hearted and who’s simple…”
“So here I am trying to be simple for you.” Cardo was perplexed seeing the puss in boot still craving for attention.
“Baby boy don’t be mad at me anymore huh…”
“No mom, I am not mad anymore.”
The scoundrels would still not back down. They were still not happy that they make the right move at the wrong time.
“A million might go down to drain,” they taunted.
As they were scheming they sighted Paquito and rushed to him.
“Where is the the man that your father is hiding?”
“Who is he hiding?” the kid queried.
“The criminal, Ricardo Dalisay.”
“Oh my idol….Not here!”
“You better tell me now the truth?”
Paquito began a game with them and the scoundrels played along with him. The kid enjoyed the hide and seek game which got the scoundrels to crash and hurting themselves. One of them finally caught Paquito compelling him to talk.
Paco who has been searching for the boy saw him and the scoundrels cornered him but a companion who heard the war sound went to the camp to blow the horn.
Amado and the neighbours ran there with their gallons and other weapons to defend Paco. The scoundrels were arrested and they claimed they were only trying to get the crook fugitive arrested but Paco and Amado made the scoundrels claims sounded like some screws in their brains had been unscrewed.
The scoundrels were charged with robbery and extortion. Alyana relayed the information to Cardo, adding that the scoundrels told the police about Cardo but the police doubted them and held Amado and Cora’s words credible. Flora thanked Amado and his wife for shielding Cardo.
Joaquin waited for Romano. He ordered Fidel to keep his eyes wide opened just in case there would be snack then he strike.
Joaquin was alerted about a little problem, he went to check and it was Verna. She was worried since Joaquin did not pass the night at home and was not picking her calls. Romano reached there and was introduced to Verna.
Verna joined the meeting even when she was told not to. Ramil initiated a plan to check in Romano study to find out if he could provide the amount that he was expecting. Julian who was watching Ramil’s back alerted him that Arwin was coming so they hid.
Arwin did not see anyone in the room and left. Ramil realised from the scattered Asia accounts, Romano owned over 200 billion. He now was certain that the 800million Romano earlier agreed with him was a token and needed 10billion.
The Chinese business partners wanted to buy the formula after testing the nature of the drug but Joaquin said it was trade secret so he did not sell his formula. Ramil informed Cardo that the meeting with the Chinese investors was successful so the following week the investors would head to Cebu for 600kilos crystal cargo shipment which Joaquin would be there.
Cardo planned to trap Joaquin but Ramil asked him to calculate his moves so that Romano did not get drag into it. Julian added that Ramil had not yet gotten his shares yet so they needed to plan their moves carefully.
Isabel went to the mall for shopping, she dragged Cardo into the cinema at the mall to watch a movie even when Cardo did not want to.
The trump pretended to be scared of the scenes in the movie and layed her head on Cardo’s chest. Cardo asked her to stop since someone might see them. The trump hissed: the place was dark, unbeknownst, Arwin was keeping eye on them. He took pictures of Cardo and Isabel when she layed her head on Cardo’s chest.
Romano’s allies suspected that Joaquin wanted to double cross the chairman. Romano said he was playing along at the end he would conquer all the territories.
Meanwhile, Joaquin in similar fashion was telling Verna that he was not just after the money in drug smuggling but he was after power. Although he was the drug lord of Manila, he would use Romano to conquer Asia, then he would conquer Cebu and other places to wield more power. Verna looked stunned as her son was the replica of his father, Tomas.
Isabel sent Cardo to Sally’s house, there were random gamble guys who tested the patience of Cardo but the trump stopped him from attacking them.
Arwin followed them to the place and asked the guys the person Isabel was with. They also said he might be her boyfriend since they had been coming there frequently.
“Sally from now on I expect you to treat Cardo as brother.”
“Huh..Older baby boy,” Sally teased.
Carreon was on the neck of Delfin to spill out the truth of Cardo’s whereabouts for him to gain protection from the PNP and to also save his companions from being the target of the enemies.
Delfin discussed what Carreon said to him to Jerome and the former sided with Carreon on his stand that Cardo has put many lives in danger but Jerome advised Delfin not to reveal the truth to Carreon. That, he said would mean that he has sold Cardo out.
Delfin asked Jerome which two would help give the necessary protection to Cardo whether under the protection of the PNP or under the protection of syndicate but Jerome did not know the better option.
Isabel was frying fish at the kitchen and Sally wanted to do it but she insisted on doing it.
“Why, are you practicing to be a house wife?” Sally asked in a teasing way.
“Why not!” the trump scratched her hair.
”Is that for your baby boy?”
“You l*ve him don’t you?”
“Yes I guess…”
“He is the guy that I’ve longed looking for.”
“What is the term for that?” Sally gave many names including better half, rib, destiny, soul mate and what have you.
In Manila, after closing the deal with the Chinese investors, Joaquin demanded protection from Romano. They wondered why he needed Romano’s protection in Cebu. He revealed that there was one fugitive after his business and he revealed Cardo as the person. The group looked stunned as they locked eye contacts with Romano.
Sitting by one table, Cardo had a call from Alyana, who had called to inform him that she has missed him. Feeling so jealous, the trump stepped there to interrupt the conversation.
“Baby boy time to eat..”
“Baby boy?” Alyana repeated, wondering what was going on, trying to figure out whether her ears did not deceive her.
“Alyana guess I have to go….”
“The boss is calling me.”
Meanwhile, Daniel was busy turning the chairman against Cardo. He believed the fugitive was using Romano to avenge Joaquin. Gener defended Cardo, Daniel asked Romano what he would do against Cardo once they got to Cebu since it was clear Cardo was doing it in cohort with Ramil and Julian.
