Reacting to the incident in a video on her Instagram page, Afia Schwarzenegger explained that she danced to Wendy Shay’s music during her performance since she was not at the right frame of mind.

“I was drunk so I thought I was dancing to Patapaa’s scopatumana not knowing it was Wendy Shay’s song,” she said.

Afia Schwarzenegger called her fans not to be bothered by that incident she acted based on her drunkenness state.

“When Wendy Shay came close to our table she saw that there was wiski on the table so I was drunk. Guys just don’t bother about this because when we are talking about artistes Wendy Shay cannot call herself as such,” she added.

Wendy Shay threw a shade at the controversial comedienne while she was dancing to her song during her performance at the launch of the GMA UK.

Surprised that someone who once called her talentless on her TV show and said she would never be like Ebony or climb to the top in the industry was dancing to her music, Wendy Shay threw a subtle jab.

When she was done with the whole performance, she said, “If you work hard and God blesses you your haters will dance for you.”
