Naana Opoku-Agyemang’s campaign lacks energetic presentation due to menopause—Abronye DC

Bono Regional Chairman of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP),  Kwame Baffoe Abronye popularly known as Abronye DC  has expressed his party’s unwavering position about the campaign activities of the National Democratic Congress (NDC).

According to him, the running mate of NDC, Professor Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang will not become a threat to the NPP since her age will limit her working ability in the ongoing campaign.

“Menopause will not allow Jane Naana Opoku Agyemang to run the NDC’s campaign well…” he said.

Speaking in a media interview in Kumasi, the controversial chairman indicated that complications associated with menopause would put Prof Opoku-Agyemang under control, thus would not be vibrant throughout the campaign.

He stated that the 68-year-old running mate would not be able to be spinning around messages to canvass vote for the NDC.

Abronye DC insisted that menopause symptoms could affect the intellectual ability of Prof Opoku-Agyemang and expressed the NPP unperturbed nature about her campaign.

“She will not be able to craft messages that will sound convincing to lure Ghanaians into voting for the NDC Party,” he added.

Touching on why it will be difficult for Prof Opoku-Agyemang to convince Ghanaians, Abronye noted that the erstwhile administration led by Former President John Dramani Mahama was full of hiccups and would take a lot for the NDC to lure Ghanaians into believing them.

He said the crowd in most of NDC’s campaign tours especially videos and pictures related to Naana Opoku-Agyemang’s tour were all artificial and claimed that that they lack genuine message and energetic presentation.

Abronye said such presentation would put the NDC in opposition forever.

“Maame Jane is in her late 60s, this woman cannot even help reason with John Mahama if he becomes president.

This I know is not possible for John Mahama to win another elections but do you think the NDC lacks the men to that extent of appointing a female vice who is due to menopause?” he queried.

Abronye further stated that Prof Opoku-Agyemang would not be able to counsel Mahama on means to run the country and maintained that her appointment by the flagbearer was just for vote and selfish interest.
